Moth brother, he already took HRT. His body is damaged beyond repair. Have you seen the before and after pictures of HRT like that MR beast assistant? He went from a decent looking dude to a Narcissa Wright looking ass goblin.

he can probably still recover his fertility, hrt doesnt actually make you sterile - but taking roids is definitely not the way to do it lmaoooo

osteoporosis doesnt make sense, because he had a primary sex hormone in his body - maybe he microdosed and fucked that up too somehow
