No they did not. The State won at trial. The court of appeals granted a temporary injunction for the duration of the appeal. The SCOTUS decided to leave that in place ONLY because the state waited to long to have it lifted. But nothing has been overturned.

- trans "inclusion" policies—like the current Title IX proposal—can actually restrict trans athletes' participation based on prejudices that aren't evidence-based
- trans athletes are UNDER-REPRESENTED in sports & face widespread discrimination

This is the stuff that chips away at my (increasingly tenuous) vision of Zac as just some confused gayboy larping as a woman because (maybe) his parents are homophobes.

He seems to really hate the idea that women should be able to have their own competitions that exclude men. It is, after all, why he got involved in Montana state politics in the first place:

It always brings a smile to my face to see a new Tony's outfit selfie -- I truly miss his OOTDs. A picture is worth 1000 words and his awful fashion sense highlights his male low-grade autist brain even better than all his tweeting does. He clearly read in women's magazines (Woman's Day, not Vogue) that a belt with a dress creates the illusion of curves. What does a male-brained sperg do with that information? Integrates it as an absolute rule and applies it formulaically, without any regard for the more subtle cues of feminine fashion, such as making sure the dress you pick out doesn't awkwardly bunch up when you put a belt on top of it, making sure the belt you pick matches the dress in color and style, etc.

I won't ding him on the booties because he's not claiming they match the outfit, but here's a genuine fashion tip for you, Tony: booties (especially black ones, especially with short block heels) that cut off right at the ankle make legs look stouter. If you already have stout man calves, booties highlight that.
