That is, technically the two of them agreed to this. I guess more accurately you could say the ex-wife required he not wear any of her clothes in their marital settlement agreement.

Tony's claim that he is not a "convicted drug felon" is a technicality, just like the court ordered to not wear his wife's clothes thing.

Tony was convicted of third degree felony fraudulent practices (for selling FAKE illegal drugs) rather than a crime under Florida's drug control statutes because the MDMA charge was dropped as the drugs weren't real. So he's a convicted fake drug felon and a fraud besides.



That said, he can screech about muh lawyer and libelous statements all he wants, but I bet it won't play in a court of law.
