RE Tony moving to Montana: he did say recently that he's one of Zoooooooooeys future constituents. I absolutely think he'd move, he may be further away from DC, but he's married to a lawmaker y'all. He's also the sort to move his kid across the country without asking the court for permission. What's Virginia going to do about it? Missoula will keep Tony in weed, it's basically like WA in the sheer volume of dank available, assuming he's moving there and not Helena since Zooey is the rep for part of Missoula. Missoula is also a bit trannyful. There for 3 days and had one clocked within a day, but it wasn't Tony or Zooooooooey.

Missoula is also uh...small, compared to Tony's usual haunts.
