Something more on the subtle side of this deep deep dive into Zach's reddit past is how much time he spends online. Runescape, DnD, Smash, literary stuff, almost all his hobbies focus on the internet.

You can argue a lot about candidates and what makes a good one, but for something at the minor level, it isn't bad to have someone who's say a stay at home mom who participates in her kids' school lives, helps a lot with extracurricular programs, & a member of the gardening club. All those things are showing that the candidate cares about real life matters, that she puts in hard work into the community and making things better, and she's connected at ground level. A retiree who's done multiple jobs and has an active community life is also a fine choice. These people are interested in what's going on in their state, in their vicinity, in their own community which they participate and help in. They have investment in it.

What does Zach have? Too much time spending on getting better at video games and bettering video games. This is someone who would be better suited organizing Smash meet ups & helping vote on tournament rules, getting small charity events in Runescape or Smash, becoming part of a writer's community, and so on. This man isn't local politics. He needs to move to a district with a high autism concentration where the focus is digital. What's Zephyr looking to do about blizzard and ice problems? Do we have too much money going there right now or could the roads use a touch up, and how do we balance the budget? Do we have enough funding for college kids, who like voting his party and seem to support him? Can he give more assistance to student programs or vote to cut off useless waste of money that could go elsewhere to the students? Are businesses struggling with extra red tape voted in by the last time the legislature met, or are there problems where there isn't enough and safety rules are being broken and employees being dicked over?

What knowledge has he learned from all his time online that he can put into the state?

He also got moderately better at haircare after obsessively reading our takedowns. Stopped leaving conditioner in it and then scrunching with gel like he used to. His hair looks much less greasy and lank, although by no means healthy. He still has terrible color coordination in outfits, though - I wonder when the Estradiol will give him that sweet XX color cognizance.
