It is also the perfect opportunity for people to strike at them on twitter with "your brow ridge is showing" and other digs at them. Elon Musk has made trans people open season and they can't do much aside from block, report, and nurse their hurt ego.
Between this and the drug bust in Florida, he really is just some grody former festival wook trying to reinvent himself.
I predict in 10-20 years, if he's still around in the public eye, he will reinvent himself into a Christian believer again for more power once the trans fades.

Sometimes I wonder if he uses us as a reason to be so nasty. "Kiwi Farms is nasty,
I get to be rude and extreme because of them hurting me by posting information I left aroung!" It's much easier justifying being a dick this way. I'm sure he uses it to look at TERF laws being passed or threatening to be passed too.
I probably need to remind myself that Tony has a sociology masters more often. He actually probably really believes that obscure commentators he knows solely from Twitter are "thought leaders" in a global political movement. (That dominates every institution but will lose thanks to courts and like... protests or something.)
Ironically the voting public doesn't need a thought leader. Extreme views on transgenderism, including medically transitioning kids, any man without making an effort or without bottom surgery going to the women's bathroom, trans women in competitive women's sports rather than an all genders one, complete faith in the medical system not to screw them over, and truly believing and dating trans people as their true gender (the kid who invented superstraight wasn't a plant by the CIA or El Terferino, he was a teen who just was a truthful shitposter). The reason trans rights are eroding is because people are finally taking notice of thr consequences of actions started in 2013-2015 by tumblr and other social media sites and have had a youth generation grow up into them. There's trans people finally popping into their life, the pandemic had a lot of people transition or come out as trans and the closer they are on the normal public's doorstep, the more the public wants to get them away.
The general consensus is that trans people are either popularly ignored, not their problem until they come on the doorstetp and that's fine if they do what they want just
DON'T ask for participation or belief, or they are
pitied: they are poor souls who believe they are in the wrong body and are discriminated against. Let's humor them. I'm not dating them, but let's be nice. Sadly, I think Erin Reed knows this and the tragedy of his condition/choices. He's probably banking on people being ignorant, then making "good" arguments if they aren't (give it to us or this kid will suicide RIGHT NOW), then getting the laws to pass to force the rest of the population to comply. He holds the law like a hammer, slamming people who don't believe he is LEGALLY a woman (as governments never make mistakes or do stuff to get niche voters) with it. America isn't Canada though: it's a squeaky hammer that makes a lot of noise and signals socially to others that they did something wrong, but it's ultimately harmless. First amenment is still held up. Squeak squeak.
Trans rights are being eroded because the public now have more trans people on their doorstep and are taking notice of them, as are lawmakers. They sit there confused at how things came to be, then decide law needs to come in. There are a few leading voices, but the movement will exist just like he says trans people will if they do not have leaders. Biology and medical side effects happening to their young or grown sons and daughters are a bitch, huh?
Overdramatic. Swats are usually meant to be annoying and humiliating rather than indirect assassinations: the vast majority of SWAT victims stay alive, just bruised. SWAT teams have evolved and know full well things could be a trap, there's courtesy calls and everything. Most angry twitch and youtube prankers are looking to humiliate someone, not kill them and oops you're getting arrested for being a dick!
He was originally due to have an orchiectomy this April but appears not to have.
I'm glad. He's the one I hope gets out the most of the polycule.
