Some months ago Jayde said that he's gonna get the game and asked Phil if he can teach him how to play it. I fucking hope this happens, piggy having to soothe his ego by beating on a literal barely sentient wheelchair-bound retard in SF6 to prove he's still "got it" is the funniest scenario regarding SF6 I can imagine.

SF6 will soon be kicked out of his rotation and I frankly doubt it will become a thing during his shitty boomer Fighting Fridays. I have been playing it quite a bit, not high rank at all, currently at Plat but this game is far too fast for Dave.
Footsies are harder in this game not only due to most normals in the game being negative (other than exceptions like some specific Juri cancels or cancelling a normal through a DR), the existence of Drive Impact to stop people like DSP who love to do cr.LP cr.LP means that kind of play gets him killed easily. And you can easily have someone parry some misplaced move, cancel it into DR and punish your sorry ass.
Old matchups have changed due to the existence of this cancel and new added moves. Gief can just antiair super and a good Chun-Li is unreadable due to the stance cancels she can pull off.
Add onto all of this the newcomers, with people like Manon who snowballs like no one else and can kill you in three command grabs at max medals, Marisa who can easily wall bounce you and has hyperarmor to spare (including her taunt) or the monster that Kimberly is, who despite being nerfed from the CBT to release, has some of the most disgusting mixups. And look forward to the JP tech that I guess someone like Sako will bring just like he did with Menat or E.Ryu.
Game has some great netcode where you can play someone from across the globe with 1 or 2 frames of delay, which are always shown and the game also shows if someone is on wifi, so it will be very easy to call Dave out.
TL;DR DSP will get easily blownup in this game because he cannot adapt nor learn. I predict that either Manon or Marisa will be the main reasons of him ragequitting SF6 as a whole.

DSP is currently ranked Diamond, after playing fellow Derichs and confirms my previous post, where rank is currently irrelevant.
So far, DSP has shown no ability to use neither Drive Impact nor Drive Rush, while complaining about random supers when he predictably, headbutts fullscreen for the 10th time that round.
He just got washed up by a Jamie, who claims is not skillful and is busted.
Jamie was considered the worst character in the beta, starts at 90% scaling until you get 4 drinks going, 5% damage per. He also needs those drinks to unlock his moveset.
Dave was throwing random sweeps and eating hits that were cancelled into "undeserved kahmbos".
If there's interest, I may start a SF6 thread. Some real salt nuggets may be awaiting us.

Jesus, what the fuck is wrong with this guy? I almost want to be on his side. It's stupid that Capcom is selling a $100 version of the game that doesn't come with all the stuff. I'd be ticked off if I dropped that money too. But it's his fault for not doing the research, and they're just fucking skins, and you can earn them for free in the single player mode that he endlessly hyped up being in the game

TL;DR/W of tonight: He really has a hard-on for T Hawk because GOD he wouldn't shut the fuck up about Lily not playing 1:1 to him. Also, that Lily gameplay was an atrocity almost akin to his Virtua Fighter streams

Was there any promo material that suggested that Lily was going to be similar to T-Hawk? because the only person i've seen make that asumption is Phil and that seems to be entirely based on both charatcers being native americans from the same tribe.

From what I remember old T hawk was borderline busted. He wasn't unbeatable but he was a safe run to pick for mid tier bitches like dave if they needed to body a scrub for an ego boost. When Dave was doing SF2 he would often run to t hawk when he was losing too much. I bet the dude is so retarded and full of himself he actually thinks he is winning because of his natural skill and not because he runs to top/cheap characters. Im guessing he thought/hopped Lily was new T hawk and would let him show his true skill style fighting.

There was a thread for the beta compiling streams and I intend to clip his stuff for easy access, so if you make a new one or just post on the old one I could definitely use someone who is more knowledgeable about SF6 than me to make the TIHYDPs. I'm more of a Tekken guy. Far as I reach on this is he plays like shit and mashes on most minus situations to a psychotic degree. Dude is using 4 frame jabs from -3 situations and complaining that "His jab came out faster than mine, but I did mine first!" There's clearly a lot to unpack there.
TL;DR I'd read that and post on there.

Phil always falls back on characters he knows from SF2. It's what he always does because those characters basically play the same in every game with few exceptions. He also brings his SF2 strategies into these new games expecting them to work in new games and inevitably gets his shit pushed in.

Doods watching Dave shit talk Manon is amazing and shows he either he is a contrarian fag purposefully or he's retarded. Manon is wild and snowballs insanely to the point that if you perform 1 - 2 grabs thats it. I am still horrified that he has spent over $2k on Champions in a fortnight btw that skins segment yesterday felt like a mask slip. He was going on about how the skins could "change his gameplay."

I restreamed today's Retard Reacks. I am considering that this meaningful unique style khantent is some of the absolute worst on YouTube. The man begs more than he skips videos. The Ultra Cultists hardly get their money worth and there were still 26 videos left to watch, out of the 46 submissions from the Dents, he has like 73 members. We are on month 4 of this weekly trash fire.
