He's going through the Dee Jay tutorial, and there are apparently some variations to the level 2 super. So Phil, being the big brain that he is, has his "Oh wow, it's like this" shit, and when the game is done explaining a variation, he has to ask "Well how do you do the different versions?" Completely ignoring the icon that says R1 Try, as in press the R1 button to try what we just shown you.
For fuck's sakes Phil, the game can bring you to water but can't make you drink.

like in zelda when it says press R to dive while gliding every time the paraglider is out and hes sitting there yelling at chat demanding someone tell him how to dive because the game doesn't tell him how to do it with a massive pop up every time hes gliding.

I'll admit to not watching his fighting streams mostly because those games bore me and I know his excuses already, but it's amazing to hear how aggressively he mashes buttons in these games. I don't know if it is a normal thing or not (My only experience with fighting games is casually playing Super Smash Bros) but it's actually amazing to think of how fucked up his inputs are because he isn't paying attention.
Because DSP is a manchild that Capcom preys on. He is exactly the type of guy they know exists and Phil MUST have literal cosmetics he won't ever use again right now, not later.
His graduation year must have been comprised of actual retards.

Just some thoughts from being an old man; it's a carry over from the arcades. Not every machine had the best maintenance, and sometimes you'd need to smack the fuck out of a button to make it register. Another thing is when you hear guys double-tapping a button for a single input, just something that was done in the old days... that and his frustration levels rising as he loses.

Just caught up on his Dee Jay stream.
Have to admit I'm surprised that he actually admitted his execution was trash instead of blaming the game in the end.
Of course he had to follow up with a "woe is me"-segment complaining that he wishes to get better and get rid of his "fighting game rust" but he can't because he doesn't have the time to play Street Fighter all day.
Here is a tip if you really want to get better you fucking mong: Instead of drinking until 3 in the morning and pulling in WWE Champs, how about spending an hour in training mode preparing yourself for your next SF6 stream?
Or even better: Drop your fucking Level 1 phadcast bullshit and warm yourself up in training mode while doing your stupid one-sided pre-show.

So Phil is shilling a new PayPal account which many detractors have speculated was real and of course it is, the guy is the living embodiment of greed. Well he is shilling this new one on his tips page so basically it replaces the old one. I think this has been a back up one for years but funnily enough he did not declare this on his bankruptcy filing even though he was expressly asked to declare his paypal account(s). Now I am not going to lie I think the greedy fuck is amidst an investigation, he has been very cagey on his finances as of late. Remember by the nature of his work those $6000 in tips should be taxed too, over $1200 is in fact liable for tax.
So the reason for the activation of this second Paypal account probably because it triggered an internal investigation via Paypal basically so much has gone in and out it triggered a laundering alert. Now lets be clear what Phil kinda is doing is laundering kinda and his business practises are actually against TOS. The superchat system is there to prevent predatory whaling as well as a revenue stream. It could actually lead to that Paypal being terminated because of unusual activity. Now this is where Phil is really retarded like really because there is activity that looks suss as fuck from an outsider.
Various tips at various times with nebulous comments some being large amounts which is really suss, remember these companies want non-suspicious activity to reduce work load of investigations. Then also its all from the same 10 people which is really weird for a business as typically they deal with 100s of clients. Also comes the nature of charge backs which he gets more than he lets on and that for Paypal is a pain. It's why places like stream yards etc banned him and wings due to charge backs being a pain because they actually require authorization.
In an audit if that paypal account existed during an investigation of fraud or unusual activity that will bite him in the ass. You don't fucking lie to uncle sam and if you do do it well. It just makes his life more difficult as they will actually dig into the $5000 expenses ad that is a nightmare in its own, bankruptcy fraud is fucking brutal and because of what they wavered off they will be out for blood.
Now is this like a somewhat cope thread, yes and no. Phil knew when he filed that he was lying and you take an oath however what he stupidly thought is once it's done its done. There are procedures in place to investigate fraud in various avenues and it is extremely lucrative. He thinks a second person will be a clueless boomer like Nancy but it won't, it will be someone very seasoned and aggressive.
I would not be surprised if he gets banned from Paypal as they will just ban his associated bank accounts from being accessed and interacting with Paypal because they deem that account a risk. I am interested if he tries to wander to something like cashapp because that type of activity will be looked into pretty quickly too especially from a new account. Cashapp also limits to up to $1000 in 30 days which is a no go for Dave.
If he tries to change his Paypal account to Khet's for tipping then he is really stupid. A simple report to paypal will just ban him outright because that actually is laundering but also false identity.

Bankruptcy is a civil matter. The government doesn't have a vested interest in reopening a case they barely care about in the first place. Its not their money and you still have to pay your taxes. It why the courts grant bankruptcy in 99% of cases. (if anything telling your creditors to fuck makes it more likely for Uncle Sam to collect his dues)
Its possible for his creditors to ask for the case to be reopened, but why would they? Is credit card company number 7 going to pay their lawyers to reopen Phil's case because some rando sent them an email saying DSP might have a second paypal? Just to collect on the 1/12th of phils debt owed to them? His creditors didnt show up to the first case, they arnt spending resources to open it a second time. Phil was one of thousands of irrelevant losers that was already factored into their bottom line.

The only reason he's diamond/plat is cause while I didn't see it I can't imagine his ego let him pick anything but advanced during placement which means it'll put you with people who are the level you think you are.
Since he doesn't read or does read and can't retain information, the game asks you where you want to be placed to do your placement matches. So it's the same shit as always with ranked just with the illusion that he (and others) belong in plat/daimond.
Basically the game asks you what league you want to start in, and then your 10 matches will place in with in that league (unranked/rookie iron/bronze silver/gold Plat+). He could have lost every match and still would have been Plat.
SF6 does a lot to make people think they're better than they are and I mean good on them it gets more people playing fighting games, then there's phil who's too stupid to realize whats going on.
I mean really now dude got bodied by a cammy doing the most basic 50/50 in the corner and phil being too stupid to be "trained" kept blocking the high attack and getting hit by the low.
I did the opposite of PP and picked Novice and there's people in Iron/Bronze who wouldn't fall for that. People in iron/bronze with Modern Controls.

If alogs got his Paypal shut down then what hes doing now advertises its working, so playing it off doesnt really do anything for him. 80% of his tips come from 5 whales, if he wanted to keep quite he could just email them the new link. Assuming there was risk to the account and he could lose money if people dont use the new link there is no way this fat retard has the self control to play it cool. He would be plastering it all over his streams/twitter about how important it is to use the new paypal because accounting or taxes or two mature streaming channels.
The Government does care, it's why they have a department dedicated for people to report it if they have proof/evidence. The IRS even has a whistleblower department for reporting. It's a federal crime to commit bankruptcy fraud and it doesn't help that lying about his income is why he's also on a payment system for his taxes. Dudes business is a house of cards and one good blow will tear everything down as it all feeds in to itself.

Yeah its illegal, but the government absolutely does not give a fuck about deadbeat losers and their credit card debt. Its obvious they dont care for individual debtors because they discharge 99% of cases. His taxes are a separate issue from the bankruptcy and he is on a payment plan because hes an irresponsible loser who cant budget. If hes defrauding the IRS then that's a completely different story, but still not relevant to the bankruptcy.
Honestly though, please prove me wrong. Go ahead and submit this evidence to the government to bring him down, id love nothing more than a DSP jail time arc.
