Oh yeah, the ruined mouth arc, I totally forgot about that plot point.

SMH... All this effort for something any cis woman in her right mind isn't going to find palatable, straight or (especially) lesbian. I would say for TiMs transitioning, "go for it" any day of the week. But TiFs... I feel like screaming "noooooooooo!" every time I see an overtly enthusiastic post about their umpteenth revision.

In other news, our lil girl is blossoming, The one detrans who was bullied unrelentingly (by their own, of course) dropped another progress report.

Fucking lol I shouldn't laugh but the fucking frog voice that Pooners end up with never stops being funny.

And yeah I have zero sympathy for Tentacle Dick either.
Before I had any she'd have to admit reality, but she's still as deluded as ever.
Her fucking Fujo shit is going to kill her, at this point its guaranteed, and its likely going to be extreemly painful and uncomfortable, but instead of doing the right thing and speaking out about this shit and what its done to people like her, and using her mistake to at least do some good, she's still arguing with "transphobes" about her stupid fucking pronouns and trying to encourage other deluded little girls into following in her footsteps.
Fuck her. She fucked around with nature, now she's finding out.

I get so mad at trannies and health insurance giving them a free ride to mutilation. Surgeries that would actually benefit a person get rejected all the time by insurance but Aiden has pronouns, gotta give zir what ze wants.

Another example: The hoops a woman has to go through for breast reduction to be covered by insurance so her back stops hurting vs a teen girl getting a teat yeet. And FFS: there is no way without gender ideology that insurance would cover something so cosmetic as a nose job.

Trannies have some serious (dare I say it) privilege.
More evidence of this, stolen from the OP of the seahorse thread. The trannies' words and drawings are all from them.

"It will be easier to justify... if we say it's because you're trans"
"Because I was trans, I had to do almost no convincing to get [a hysterectomy] approved by my gynecologist, endocrinologist, oncologist and insurance company."
boutta puke.

u/RedRockWulf a long time poster on r/phallo finally got her rotdog installed.

I've been seeing this girl comment on r/phallo posts for well over a year so hopefully she continues to post often.
Some of her recent posts are reminding me a bit of d00leys posts. She actually applied to become a mod of r/phallo so she might end up being d00leys2.0.
Wife’s reactions to my new dick

Little less than 2 weeks out, but things are already pretty exciting

She wrote me a card in the hospital about how this opens up a whole new window of things we could physically do and that she can’t wait to get a Kama Sutra and look through all the positions we’d want to try

While laying in bed and watching tv she made a comment about how she wishes she could just put a condom on me (incisions aren’t healed) and have sex

There’s been times I’ve stared at her boobs and she’d say “my eyes are up here”, now I’m saying the same thing when she stares at my dick or lifts the blanket up just to take a peek at him. She’s so excited for me to get cleared for sex

Throughout the day she’ll look at it and comment on how much she wants to squish it

So I’ve been pretty much naked 24/7 and I recently found out that when I’m laughing, my dick is jiggling up and down like it’s riding a horse or something. Whenever I laugh now I catch her just watching my dick all amused

Being able to share this surgery with someone else has really amplified the anticipation and excitement of everything. I look forward to more moments of her and my dick getting acquainted

There's a lot more to this girl but tor is not being good to me so I won't be thorough. Here's a fun rant from her about how people tiptoe around her when they find out she's trans.
I hate how people react when they find out I’m trans

The room always becomes so awkward and I can feel they’re stepping on egg shells to talk to me.

Changed my PCP to a new doctor the other day and we were going over medication and I mentioned I was on testosterone and he asked me if I had low testosterone and I said no, it’s for hormone replacement therapy. He then got really quiet and said “Sooo…you’re….” Unable to even finish his sentence so I say “Yes, I’m a trans male.” and he just goes “So what’s the political correct way of saying this…you were a woman and became a man?”

It was just a very awkward experience and I hate how he felt he had to be PC to talk about who I am. I wish I could just be spoken to as a person and not feel the whole room drop. It shouldn’t be my job to educate people, especially doctors, on how to interact with trans patients. There should be brief mandatory lectures / presentations for that so it doesn’t become awkward to begin with.

Prior to this we were talking like we were friends and everything was flowing then it just felt awkward after. I’m located in NY too so it’s overall an accepting area and I get disappointed they don’t know how to handle trans patients.

Aside from this, people I just met will ask me whether or not I have a penis or vagina. They ask personal questions about my sex life and it’s almost like they don’t even realize what they’re taking about. There’s this sense of entitlement people feel towards trans bodies and if I call them out they’ll say something along the lines of how they’re just trying to learn / understand and they begin to get defensive. Asking about my sex life / genitals isn’t teaching, it’s just being intrusive. Unless we’re fucking there’s no need for you to ask about what’s in my pants.

I remember going to a new dentist when I was 15 and just started testosterone and he also asked about my medical history and I stupidly mentioned I was trans because I thought I had to be honest about that stuff to doctors. He then proceeded to ask me if I still get a period, if I’ve had THE surgery and a lot of other personal questions. At the time I answered them because I thought I had to, but as I got older I realized he asked those for his own personal curiosity and it was way out of medical context as there’s no reason a dentist would have to know if I’m getting a period or have a penis.

After getting top surgery, I went for consults to get a hysterectomy to prepare for getting a phalloplasty (creation of the penis) the surgeon I worked with has seen other trans patients and it’s why I went with him. He asked about my reasons for getting this surgery and I told him and he went on a rant about why I shouldn’t get this surgery. He told me it’ll give a large ugly scar, I wouldn’t have sensation (untrue as a nerve hookup is done) and he went on about other misinformation. I stood my ground and corrected him with everything as I have been researching this surgery for years. He eventually stops and starts asking me questions, one was if I ever had sex with a man and I told him I was straight and then he asks again if I had sex with a man before I transitioned and I told him I started transitioning at the age of 13 and he goes “So did you have sex with a man before then?” Asking me if I had sex before the age of 13 and after I told him I’ve always been straight really disturbed me. He then kept asking more question, one of which was if I wear a strap on when having sex…

Again I felt the need to answer honestly in the moment, but I always end up getting so angry later on when I realize I was taken advantage of and that there was no reason for them to ask those questions and I should have told them it was none of their business.

Now I’m stealth and don’t tell people I’m trans unless I have to and there was about 2 years of my life where I wouldn’t schedule new doctor appointments even though I had to get things checked out just because of these experiences and my fear of something happening again. It’s easy for me to defend myself to friends, family and even strangers, but there’s something about doctors that have always caught me off guard making me feel I need to answer all their questions honestly with no boundary

Of course it's the medical professional who is wrong, not her because she spend years on phallo reddit. YEARS!!!

"I just want to be treated like a person!" "People should have mandatory training before they talk to me!"

"Also, people are curious about me just because I'm a medical experiment!"
I have a feeling she doesn't have a lot of friends, and probably blames transphobia for it.

Also claiming no-one needs to know what’s in her pants unless they’re gonna have sex…then proceeds to post photos of what’s in her pants on the internet for all to see. People creep around trannies because they go ballistic and try to sue everyone if you do the slightest thing to pop their opposite sex larp bubble. But sure, it’s all everyone else’s fault and she just wants to be treated like a normal guy (hat people need training to speak to and had better damn well use the right pronouns with).

These dumb pooners don’t understand that doctors need to know your medical history and they need to know what sex you are (not what you larp as). The doctor asking if she’d ever had sex with a man was trying to get it through her thick skull that she has no idea what a penis feels like or really does as she’s never interacted with one.

And lol at ‘there’s sensation because of nerve hookup’. Bodies are plug & play and nerve damage is never a thing.

Wonder how quickly her girlfriend will leave her?

ElephantDick is confirmed to be changing surgeons, or at least trying to. Here's a recent comment on a post asking about Cetrulo.

Dr. Cetrulo waitlist?
Cetrulo patient here and I’m mostly happy with my dick but what everyone said is 110% true. I’m looking into switching teams to finish what he started because I just had my sixth phallo surgery and I don’t think he can finish me in a timely manner. Plus I’m getting UL and I don’t know how that would pan out if I stayed. MGH is however supposed to eventually be getting another phallo surgeon, not sure when that’ll happen. Coon is nearby but his books are probably getting pretty full, especially with all the Cetrulo patients he’s been getting. Cauley is also in Boston, Kent is his urologist and she does abdo.
She also gets to be anxious while going swimming now.

does your dick ever feel “annoying”?
I love having a dick but right now I have a girth of 7” so it looks huge in certain clothes and when I get out of the water at a beach (cause yk wet clothes cling) so sometimes I’m a tad worried about what other people think but I do love my dick and can’t wait to finish. And because of the size it’s a little hard to lay on my stomach, but that’s really it. For me, it is worlds better than packing.

I wonder if the dentist clocked her by looking at her teeth. Trannies don't seem to realize that teeth are very sexually dimorphic.

Sexual dimorphism in permanent teeth of modern Greeks

Abstract

Sex determination is considered an important step in reconstructing the biological profile of unknown individuals from a forensic context. Forensic anthropologists have long used teeth as an additional tool for sex determination as they resist postmortem destruction. In this case the use of population-specific data is necessary since sexual dimorphism varies between different populations. Currently there are no odontometric standards for determining sex in Greek populations. The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of sexual dimorphism in permanent teeth of modern Greeks. A total of 839 permanent teeth in 133 individuals (70 males and 63 females) from the Athens Collection were examined. Mesiodistal and buccolingual crown and cervical diameters of both maxillary and mandibular teeth were measured. It was found that males have bigger teeth than females and in 65 out of 88 dimensions measured, male teeth exceeded female teeth significantly (P<0.05). Canines were the most dimorphic teeth followed by first premolars, maxillary second premolar and mandibular second molar. Although other teeth were also sexually dimorphic they did not have a statistically significant difference in all dimensions. The most dimorphic dimension was buccolingual cervical diameter followed by buccolingual crown diameter. A comparison of sexual dimorphism in teeth between different populations showed that it differs among different groups. European population groups presented the highest degree of sexual dimorphism in teeth whereas Native South Americans the lowest.
TLDR; All mens teeth were larger compared to females. In particular the molars and canines by a very significant margin. Most obvious in whites.

But my best guess (and kind of an obvious one) is that these people are AGPs and are attracted to their own image as a "woman."
Probably this.

I found a troon recently that gets off to the idea of throwing (white) women into lava pits. (inb4 "how did you find it?" Because how could I find something like this (archive) and NOT want to figure out if there was some Deviantart rabbit hole to dive look into?).
(MELT WHITE GIRL MELT!)

There was guffaw when this turned out to be his latest post (still is as of typing): an ugly face reveal on a quicksand subreddit trying to get off to the idea of himself while sitting in his living room.
And the real kicker? I didn't make that second archive link. The one minute timestamp tells me he did. He was that proud of... this.

Thankfully clothed:

She's still banging on about how she would never have done anything different
Sunk Cost Fallacy maybe. I still feel sorry. I mean, if she said she made a mistake, what would be her recourse?

The whole problem with endometriosis is that it is hormonally sensitive tissue meant to be inside the uterus growing where it's not supposed to grow. Lesions have been found as far afield as the lungs and the brain. So removing the uterus doesn't always do a whole lot to treat it. If all your lesions were around that area, maybe. If you have a lesion causing pain on your colon or diaphragm, definitely not. All this to say- I wonder how many pooners will end up with endometrial tissue stuck in one of their neo constructions or sewed up ex-vagina, causing novel types of pain and complications.

Oh that poor naive woman. The wife's gonna be pretty disappointed too.
If there even is a wife.
Look at that fucking rotdog. It looks like what it is, an almost dead flesh roll the size of a RedBull can.
I have a hard time believing any woman would be all enthusiastic at the thought of trying to cram that... thing inside them.
If the wife isnt a figment of this Pooners imagination she must be a total fucking degenerate if she's looking at that fucking travesty of nature and salivating at the thought of it JfC.
Fucking lol how she said "she can't wait to squish it" :story: fucking squish is right, those things look like they have the consistency of putty.

A year later, w Pariser

So far I’m glad I got the surgery.
Here's some older images. The obvious bellend and cavern are horredous. Even by SRS standards this is really bad. Dr. Pariser must be one of the worser surgeons.
Also he was only 19 when he got the surgery 💀. Here's some old comments from him.

Ummmmm is it just me but is the round bump covered with hair on the top picture actually supposed to be the "clitoris"??? Looking at an earlier pic it seems to me that is the case. ⭕\(:_(

Way back in the 90s when Margaret Cho was occasionally funny and not just another obese political scold, she had a bit about being horny and drunk and "just twist it to a point and stick it in!" was the memorable line- always comes to mind when I see these rotdogs supposedly being used by an actual couple.
