Just broke up with another trans person for misgendering me constantly and they misgendered me as I broke up with them

I’m nb and ftm. I’ve passed entirely as male for years. I was dating a binary trans girl who constantly called me a lesbian and a f*ggot. So funny she couldnt make up her mind on how to misgender me. She would do this “jokingly” in day to day convos, and also every time I tried to share anything emotional with her she would call me an over sensitive lesbian. I’ve been unhappy for a while and any time I try to talk to her to break up with her she just tells me I’m having an outburst and I’m being a lesbian. Finally I gave up on trying to have a convo and have closure since she can’t talk and I just took my dogs for a walk and texted her asking to leave my place. She said I was being bitchy, I’m just prioritizing my needs to communicate my emotions (like that’s a bad thing??), and she said I was being a lesbian.

I’m glad she misgendered me one more time cuz it made it soo easy to finally just block her number. Constantly gaslighting me that I’m emotionally unstable has made it really hard to commit to not speaking to her anymore but calling me a lesbian when I’m breaking up with you for treating me like shit is just justifying my point so thanks. I was never able to “win” when convos go like “please stop calling me a lesbian,” and the response is just “you’re being an over sensitive lesbian.”

So excited to just focus on me and being my trans masc self instead of having another trans person trying to put me in a box.

Is the tranny thing going to be the new strategy for death row sandbagging? I remember another death-row tranny got jabbed recently, and half of their effort to stop the process was going on about how this man who "transitioned" on death row was clearly the victim of transphobia and denied his asspats.

It's already being used by male prisoners to either transfer themselves to women's prisons to prey upon them, or situations as you stated. It shows just how shallow transgenderism really is.

Because they abandoned their mission: The full version is in the spoiler but the short version is, the ACLU is functionally an extension of the hard/SJW left and has been for the last ~5 to 10 years now. Anybody outside that little bubble will see the ACLU as irrelevant at best or pushing genuinely disgusting ideas at worst.

Starting about 10-15 years there was a split between the old guard who supported civil liberties even for reprehensible people and newcomers who wanted the ACLU to get into social activism. The latter group won which is why you now see the ACLU pushing for things with no reasonable connection to civil liberties like affirmative action and citizenship for illegal immigrants.

Things got even worse in the Donald Trump years; after the Charlottesville "Unite the Right" rally the ACLU refused to defend the conservative protestors on the grounds of a hastily implemented policy that they would not defend armed protestors under any circumstances and might refuse to defend 'hate speech' in court. That last bit should jump out at you because our courts have consistently ruled that hate speech is protected. The lack of debate on whether hate speech is protected means there isn't a clear line between regular vs. hate speech as far as the law is concerned which oh-so-conveniently lets the ACLU come up with its own nebulous, self inconsistent definition of 'hate speech' to take or turn down cases as it sees fit. That's the ACLU's prerogative as a private group but the dishonesty still gets to me.

Edit to add: There is a silver lining here, some of the ACLU's ongoing litigation really could blow up in their face.
The ACLU's position on the recent bans on HRT/SRS for minors, as well as ongoing attempts to prevent inmates from receiving HRT/SRS, is the same as hardcore trans activists: These treatments are necessary and any attempt to ban or even restrict them amounts to a violation of Constitutional rights.

Sooner or later the litigation over these treatments is going to end up before the Supreme Court - maybe it will be a suit over Florida's ban, maybe it will be a suit over Texas' ban, for all I know the Supreme Court's first case on the matter could come from a liberal activist group trying to force a private insurer to cover HRT and SRS. Since SCOTUS is now the most conservative it has been in ages there is a very real chance they could rule that HRT/SRS for minors can be banned. I don't think they could get a majority of the Court on board with this but I could even see one or more of Thomas, Alito, and Comey-Barrett writing a concurring opinion that HRT/SRS for minors violates existing laws on malpractice, quackery, and experimental treatments.

This is why I think the ACLU should seriously consider stopping or dialing back its opposition to these laws now - there might be lower court or state Supreme Court judges willing to overturn these bans based on WPATH/AMA/APA standards deeming these treatments medically necessary for minors but that all becomes moot if SCOTUS rules otherwise.
