From what I've been reading. Since the war has started, theres been minor powerplays from the Russian Ground Forces, who's Generals are quite jealous that Wagner is getting all this footage out of them rescuing civillians in the Donbass. Leaders in Africa and South East Asia have started asking for Wagner. Wagners leadership has complained several times now I think, that RGF is dragging their feet in logistics. Probably trying to make Wagner look bad.
