Even a "mild reduction" is major surgery with pretty much all the same risks as having them off entirely. That's a pretty insane overreaction to "certain types of clothes make me feel self-conscious." Whether you work on your brain, or simply wear different clothes, just about anything other than "general anesthesia and a scalpel" makes more sense as a reaction to feeling weird in certain styles.
seriously, is it that difficult to just not wear clothing which makes you uncomfortable? as a guy i would feel uncomfortable walking in public wearing a wife beater or a muscle t. and i would feel very uncomfortable at a beach/pool wearing a speedo or banana hammock, so guess what? i just dont wear those types of clothing. if anyhting showing the smallest bit of clevage makes you feel uncofortable then jsut wear regular tees or go the billie elish route and go baggy clothing.
