The main reason I find the concept of trans kids incredibly bizarre is that young children have such a black and white/tenuous grasp of gender/sex since the brains of toddlers are still very early in development. When I was four, I thought one of my teachers was a man because she was a larger woman who preferred to wear shorts/trousers.

And I was a kid that went through phases of gender nonconformity before the age of 10 when I started to get more into stereotypical boys/guys things.

The parents who have transed their kids are going to be the truest of the true believers. They will fight to the bitter end for even the most ridiculous of trans causes, because if they don't, if the trans stuff turns out to not be true, then that means they have done an absolutely monstrous thing to their own children because of social contagion and peer pressure. Very few people who have transed their kids would ever be able to admit that. Can you imagine what such a conversation would be like? Most things including morality should be kept black and white even far into adulthood. People talking about shades of grey and ambiguity either want to confuse the fuck out of people and take advantage of that confusion or are lazy fucks who dont want to take responsibility for and control of their lives and subsequent effects.

That complexity and behavioral gradient often might give you reasons to go from fairly normal person to getting dicked in the asshole on the weekends with estrogen injected into your ballsack while being an anarcho communist rich kid whos on twitter 24/7 complaining about heterocissexism running kickstarters for doordash. Its better to keep things black and white, it may be intellectually lazy but its not spiritually lazy. People who let themselves go and give in to whatever their brain says instead of you know trying to keep themselves in check and trying to control their brain cause its a part of them and not vice versa are usually the ones who perpetrate stuff like troonism and other societal/cultural crimes. They get convinced that their bad behavior is contextually good and it falls within the grey area cause not everythings black and white.

Edit: I know people are getting confused with what I mean by Black and White, I dont mean Us vs Them cult thing, I mean good and bad behaviors, good and bad practices. A bad action for a good outcome, stealing to feed your poor family, is still bad overall.
