I'd really like to emphasize that when you have dentures, as long as you're wearing them most of the day and not fucking with your jaw when they're out, you shouldn't get that sunken mouth look even when they're out. They'll indent a little, but with most denture wearers who aren't just super old, there's enough muscle and collagen to kind of smooth out the face a little bit.

Honestly, the fact that they're this sunk in less than six months makes me think she never wears them and forces her jaw bones to touch frequently.

I would genuinely like to hear the opinion of some psycrat about this, it seems that she's indeed a menace to herself with several cases of self harm and continuous destructive behavior. From where I'm from, if you're a menace to yourself/society, you get thrown in the loony bin for a certain period of time, taken the severity of the incident in case ofc, if you re-offend, your time in gets exponentially longer with each time, to a point where you'll just end up not being allowed in society anymore and become a lab-rat for the gov and the hospital to study on.

Best guess is some kind of auto-immune brain encephalitis. The compulsion to destroy herself must be coming from the brain itself, a brain that must be on fucking fire and begging to be put out of its misery. So the irony is she probably does have some kind of rare auto-immune disorder, just none of the ones she has diagnosed herself with. Her complete lack of co-operation with medics makes it unlikely it'll ever get looked at, sadly, except maybe at autopsy. Even though she's a liar and a drain on society, I do feel pity for her. A waste of what could have been a promising life, her existence must be hell.
