This is why I hate the troon hugbox so much, with the gaslighting and denying of facts. Was it one of Josh's MATI streams where he brought up that 33% of all bottom surgery results in chronic pain and urinary issues?
If the troons and pooners all suffered in silence and didn't cost society a dime, I wouldn't care, but they do and they make it society's problem when anything they go through "goes wrong". Get plastic surgery for your own money, look like a botched up bimbo or worse, like Jocelyn Wildenstein - it's your body, your choice.

But troons and pooners get "gender affirming surgery" for free or at a relatively low cost, why? I had an extreme complication with my Vaginoplasty earlier this month. I wanted to make a post for awareness.

10 days post op, after dilating, I got up to do my cleaning and care. I looked in the mirror and noticed my left labia was ginormous and then immediately it made a large popping sound and blood went spraying forcefully all over the floor.

As per my surgeons directions, I immediately tried to locate the source of the bleed. It was way too intense to find, so I put the dilator in to try to put pressure and stop the bleeding. I also got gauze and put pressure on the vaginal canal area. My family called 911 immediately and I went to emergency in an ambulance with my dilator in and nearly passed out.

When we got to the ER, my family ensured the plastic surgeon to call my surgeon for instruction. They got instruction and did an emergency operation. Essentially, my left perineal artery blew causing my labia to fill up and stretch and ultimately burst. The internal labia sutures had all given out from the pressure. I lost all of my blood and had to have transfusions. The surgeon sutured off the blown artery and then resutured my labia. It looks great now. Just super swollen. I lost no depth as a result, I had to stop dilating for only about 24 hours. So, I’m super lucky.

I’m so thankful to be alive, but this complication is definitely not one I was informed of prior to surgery and I haven’t read anyone else with anything similar. My surgeon said it’s extremely uncommon and has only seen one in their very long career. I just wanted to spread awareness and see if anyone else has any similar experiences with SRS.

Back, leg or hip injuries. Or neck injuries, if you were in a car wreck and can't look down. For the back, it would have to be mid to top of lower back. That way you can still walk alright but struggle to bend. Leg is mostly a knee thing or a broken tibia, so you're in a full ass leg cast and can't bend down.
However, yeah I'd place my bet on foot injury from being too fat.
