Literal 12-14 years old can post ad stickers on public transport stops, electricity poles, traffic lights, whatnot. Those are internal passports, no other country would accept them regardless. Russia uses internal passports as its main identification document. Travel passports have 5 (old template) and 10 (new biometric) years validity in line with intl regulations.
