tl,dr the email that was sent to concern troll/trick the company that is trying to sue Eric July is from the same email that Vito shared when he tried to claim that Eric was using a charity to “shill his comic and trick people into buying it”, specifically saying that “we reached out to the charity” with a screencap of the email( the email address was blocked out, but Eric spoke directly with the charity since he was working with them and got the email address).

The karmic wheel needs to fully come around again and Dick gets burned to the ground by a lawsuit in the same way Maddox's lawsuit burned him.
I'm not a lawyer and I can't imagine somelike like Rekieta giving an objective critique of this situation, but if Vito is using his email to try and accuse Eric of committing charity fraud, and Eric can prove financial damages, does a case like that have merit?

I think maybe what happened here is that the ISOM ministries was supposed to just sue Rippa, but they ended up including the e-mail in their complaint as "proof" that there is confusion between the two marks. Rippa then sussed out that Vito is behind the e-mail.

They wouldn't "ghost" at that point.
