It's different of course, but I am pointing out it would be Rippa claiming he is victim of harassment/defamation in a hypothetical suit, plus the fact he is in a trademark litigation despite different situation. & about the anti-cg thing, the problem is anti-cg just means whoever @FROG didn't like at the time. The fact is almost all comic book people and nerds are fat disgusting and hateable. Things looked promising with the quick turnaround and hype over Isom #1, but other than managing his business in a full-assed manner it's like he's speedrunning his way through Comicsgate's mistakes.

He's got a decent case so it won't at least be dismissed outright with the clips Null just played on MATI. Expensive, anyway. I haven't seen the July video. I dunno if it's a good legal argument, but it's a damn compelling argument that Vito and Dick are absolutely going out of their way to fuck with the guy. As you probably saw from the clip Null played, at one point Dick even admits he contacted the charity for the expressed purpose of fucking with Rippa's business.

What's leaving everybody scratching their heads is the why. The current theory is that Vito is assmad because July hasn't engaged with Vito's trolling as much as he wanted, his own comic didn't do nearly as well as July's, while Dick is trying to help his buddy.

The problem is that in the lawsuit, it clearly shows pamphlets from the ministries that clearly says things like "Welcome to the ISOM", and this lolsuit is reliant on idiots not being able to tell the difference between the two.
