Good news for those who hate the flowers in Mario Wonder:

As highlighted by Nintendo Everything, a screenshot (and rough translation) on Nintendo's Japanese website suggests players will be able to disable flower audio in a particular menu. It seems you'll be able to change the language in here as well.

Also apparently the director included Daisy in the game so his two daughters wouldn't have to fight over Peach like they would previously:

"This is a personal family anecdote but I have two daughters myself and when they played previous Mario titles, they would always fight over who gets to play Peach. Including Daisy will help resolve fights within my own household, and also I thought that having Daisy would be something that a lot of Mario fans would be happy with!"

That'd be great, but hopefully it'd be more like Wario World 1 and not its exploration focused sequels.

Wario isn't overrated, Waluigi is but I feel like half of his fanbase is being ironic. Still, he should be included, because why not.

PS5 level of power is a stretch, but remember that it’ll be about four years old by the time this thing likely releases in late 2024. My money’s still on Series S power, maybe slightly lower.

The Switch itself is not exactly lacking in power, and it just needed a bit more oomph to get the few remaining japanese high-profile titles in the bag.
Unless you care for western AAA trash, the jump between PS4 and PS5 is pretty negligible anyway.
Steam Deck can run anything japanese as good as a PS5, I don't need a leaker to get the idea that a 'Switch 2' will meet that same mark.

I just read the rest of the leaks, kinda unrelated to Switch possibly, but the leaker also said:

X remake/X3 has a skeleton crew, it is NOT making it's anniversary

A full-on FFX remake AND FFX-3? I really hope these rumors aren't fake just for this one to be true.

I deem it fake and gay, one, the switch 2 or whatever its going to be, if it uses a mobile chip wont in any way be as powerful as a ps5, not even close, and two, square is working on one remake already, I don't think they would work on a remake of 10 when they obviously would most likely want the focus to be on the FF7 one imo.
Edit: also kind of unrelated, but as mentioned above, the switch is a quite capable system for what it is, the biggest problem it has is one shared with both the wii u and the original xbox one, they have other under powered components, both the ram being low and the cpu being very weak compered to what in theory the gpu could output.
