8 month post-op phallus-preserving vaginoplasty

Hey all, I havent posted here before but I'm trying to connect more with the community and share my experiences. There aren't a lot of us that had phallus-preserving vaginoplasties after all, and I'm sure there's a lot of folks curious about it. Some information regarding my procedure:

I saw Dr Gurjala at Align Surgical in San Francisco. He used a mesh inversion of my scrotum to create the canal. No additional skin grafts were required to create the canal. I've had substantial granulation throughout my entire recovery so it hasn't gotten much recreational use outside of external play. I do have internal sensation which is both a blessing and a curse at this stage because dilating can be very painful when the granulation picks up. Penis is still functional and capable of orgasms. The procedure was covered by insurance, Anthem Blue Cross, and only cost me $1500 out of pocket.

It's not weird at all. I love the way clothing fits after the procedure. I do a technique I like to call the "forbidden tuck" where I basically put myself in myself and then throw on a pair of panties and we're good to go. I won't lie this one genuinely confused me about whether it was a vagina with a roided out dick or a dick with a weird second asshole, so props to the guy for that. It's one of the better results I've seen in this thread. What gave it away for me was the taint, of all things. That and the circumcision scars.

I had a recent post here for FFS suggestions and your comments were very helpful and gave me some solid ideas for me to look into so, thank you! Upon reading the comments and some questions, It seemed like other photos might help. The 2 pics I sent originally were pretty raw because I wanted a worst case assesment. I don’t wear a lot of makeup but these new pics have some eyeliner and eyeshadow. My goal is to get the minimal amount of FFS or cosmetic plastic surgery to make a difference and keep me from seeing the guy. My first round of FFS was 3 years ago and was rough on me and I don’t want to overdo it, as one comment cautioned. 4 years on HRT. The first pic is 3 years before HRT and 2 years before 1st FFS then chronological order to the most current, my 50th HS reunion a couple months ago. Hope this helps.
