I just posted a picture of myself the other day and I was so happy that I’m finally starting to feel like the guy I am. Well my wife and I were out shopping and we got separated. A little girl and boy, maybe 5 and 6, turned the corner and pointed at me “look mommy, there IT is”. I thought surely they must have been looking at an object or something. Nope, my wife and I were in another section and they did it again. These kids were too young to really even notice things like that so their behavior had to have been taught? The mother of the kids did nothing.

They looked like they were going to church and decided they wanted to point and make fun of someone first. I was so excited about how I looked and felt more confident, only to get knocked down. I had to make sure my wife didn’t cause a scene because she was mad. Just wanted to share that and vent a little.

I don't know why, but even genuinely smart people I know have turned absolutely nuts on the trans topic if they are a trans ally. When I talked about my concern about giving HRT and puberty blockers to kids to close friend of more than a decade, who is otherwise both nuanced and empathetic, he told me to my face: 'All this time, I thought you were a good person, I didn't think you were so evil.' I'm less offended that he said this, but rather he said something so impulsive and stupid.

We still kind of keep in contact, but there is clearly a fracture between us, even if the topic hasn't been brought up again. I still think there's hope that he will see things from my perspective, but I think that best way is to just let trannies be trannies, and hope he notices.
Sorry this happened to you fren. My longtime friend is one of those too—we’ve had nearly identical conversations about children being encouraged to medically transition. For some reason, he either thinks it’s not actually happening, or it IS happening but it’s fine because children know who they are innately.

It’s incredibly dumb, but it’s easy to ignore because those sentiments ultimately come from a good place. Eventually I believe they’ll realize they aren’t the heroes they think they are, though.

This didn't happen, "They looked like they were going to church", oh fuck off you ugly pooner.

When you base your happiness on the opinions of others you’re always going to be upset and disappointed. Doubly so if it’s about something as immutable as your sex. You have to look within for happiness and accept the things you can’t change and be grateful for the things you can. It’s no wonder woe is me social media posts are a dime a dozen with these gender ghouls.

The replies are full of pooners malding, coping and sneeding:

"You think about the Roman Empire a lot? You must be a fascist."
redditard_logic.png

They are just weird white dudes idolizing WW2, unlike me, the enlightened intellectual, who only thinks about such problematic things when forced.

No pithy commentary, the retardation speaks for itself.

As a man myself, I found this trend interesting because I realized just how much I think about the Roman Empire, which led me on an introspective journey to figure out why. Here are the incoherent ramblings of a moron with too much free time:

- Men have a natural inclination to improve or fix things. The Roman Empire's glory was so great its worthy to be imitated and its fall to be learned from. Not to mention the obvious parallels with modern-day USA.

- Conquest. The pooner actually almost had it. There's appeal in the idea of conquering entire regions because of the unique challenges it poses. Not just in terms of battle strategy, but supply lines and governance. Enacting one's will and influencing an entire nation, be it by word or sword is greatly appealing. If you're a eurofag(like yours truly) there's good chance your homeland was once a province of the Roman Empire.

- Making history. Probably the most prevalent one. While this point is more general, it is still relevant to the Roman Empire. Men want to leave a mark. We want to be remembered long after our deaths. History is full of lunatics who did all kinds of unthinkable bullshit they are still fondly remembered for and we can't help but admire them for it. When Caesar got abducted by pirates, he told his captors to ask for a higher ransom, then hunted all of them down once he was freed. Hell, Caesar's name became synonymous with 'emperor' in multiple languages. Hannibal crossed the Alps with bloody elephants during the Second Punic War. Hernan Cortez sailed to the New World with 500 men on 11 ships and toppled the Aztec Empire.

All in all, this silly little trend provides interesting insight into how men think and highlights little differences between the genders. Not to mention the dismay pooners feel when they fail to relate to men is hilarious.

I've seen it to and they actually know very little about it. I think it's aligned politically as a cause and what to think. So it's vetted. They are smart enough to get a cursory overview of the very simplistic arguments and defences. While not being exposed to anything critical of it. Then the woke mind virus means they actively shut out and ignore anything contrary. It's bad people.

I've experienced the people who get super emotional at any challenged. As well as the ones that support it all, but just get lost for words. They do the basic arguments woke people would make. You challenge it and they can't give you anything. They can't engage or discuss.

I have one old friend, smart guy. He for super emotional and dedicated to it. He knows me, he knows I'm not in bad faith. We once got in a heated exchange and he knew so little. Yet was emotional enraged about Trans people being murdered on the streets. As he know I wasn't in bad faith I could still walk him through my arguments and he couldn't refute them. So many issues around Trans he has so little information he couldn't even discuss.

One thing that was telling was part of his, "trans women are women." That really stumped him was me saying, "yes, but that doesn't mean biological women don't still exist as their own thing." He could see that was right. Yet couldn't reconcile it with the absolute fact that "trans women are women."

“I’m not a real man because I don’t think about the Roman Empire very often :(” has to be my all time favourite pooner moment. It has everything: the obsession with what other people think, the complete absence of a sense of humour, the need to conform to entirely arbitrary standards. But then if they had a normal response to these things then they wouldn’t have transitioned in the first place. Never change my manly short kang dood bros.

Yeah, and there’s a moral element to this as well. Everyone at some level wants to “do the right thing” (what that “right thing” is will depend on your beliefs) and the group they are associated with has made clear that unconditional support for the demands of trans-identified people is the “right thing” to do, and those opposing these demands is therefore evil. It’s like it sets up a short-circuit in their brains.

The reason they talk like you're a different species is because they've made a whole canon of womanhood completely detached from reality. To the male troon a woman is an angelic being who gets life handed to her on a silver platter and has access to pleasures beyond their comprehension.
Chivalrous romanticism with a diabolic twist.

Looks kind of like me at age 11, so I say she passes. :lit:

Hmmm. Troons + Roman Empire.

I actually studied the Roman Empire (in college, not just online). Let's see in Wikipedia has the story I'm remembering. ... Yup.

Have you noticed how troons and pooners repeatedly get humbled, often by innocent children, as soon as they start feeling proud of their complete defiance of God? It's almost as if there's some kind of universal moral law at play. Oh wait...

Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted. - Matthew 23:12

There are no coincidences.

I've spoken to people fully indoctrinated in this. I have said, "Bathrooms were separated based on sex and not gender." They literally can't comprehend the statement because while they would say sex and gender are different. They aren't actually separated in their head or world view. They can't even discuss it with out getting the two confused. It's such weirdly incomplete and contradictory world view.
It was a deliberate bait and switch. There was only sex. Sex isn’t always a polite word in English so people embraced ‘gender.’ They were told that sex and gender is different and people shrugged and accepted. They got laws put in place and conventions to say ‘no we mean gender it’s different from sex, ok?’ To stave off any backlash.
But the push was always to have them mean the same thing.
- sex and gender are different
- we are going to put laws in about gender (gender recognition certificates in the uk, gender identity everywhere) but it’s different to sex!
- outcome: legal recognition of gender as a concept
Then the switch - actually no it’s the same thing, I have changed my gender market and now you must treat me as a woman.
It was all deliberate.

That’s fascinating. I’m a history nerd, so I certainly think about the Roman Empire more than average, and while I find the wars and infrastructure interesting, what I truly care about is the stories of political intrigue. I could tell you any number of trivia about campaigns or infrastructure, but only because you have to know these things to understand the general-lawyer-politicians I actually care about. Yeah Caesar conquered Gaul and won the civil war against all odds, and there are all sorts of genius strategies, exceptional engineering, and outrageous luck involved there, but the period of the triumvirate when he’s trying to get Pompeius Magnus and Marcus Licinius Crassus, who couldn’t stand each other, to work together to buy him more time at the governorship is so much more interesting.

Certainly I wouldn’t want to reconstruct it today. The Roman Empire is a horror story for us to learn from and avoid!

1. Look how flat her head is at the back. Is that bad photoshop to make her look thinner?
2. Literal trash bag in background.
Never change, trannies, never change

:story: Normally the man would be aggressive and want to make a scene with the wife trying to calm him down. Yet despite both things being trans it is still reversed, how strange. Bonus: TiF an TiM dating is just being straight with extra mutilation.
