I think its because Cetrulo is like a mad scientist who uses these delusional Pooners as Guinea Pigs to try out new ideas he's had, ideas that don't seem to work.

Ladies and gentlemen, this has been quite the journey so far.. I’ve learned so much and experienced so much euphoria. Let’s talk (even though I low-key don’t know where to begin)
I’ll start with the pain. The only time I really ever experience pain is when I am aroused. My clit gets TRIGGERED easily.. even by my thoughts.. which is funny because while I’m healing all I can do is think. If I had to describe the feeling, I would say it was pre op me having an erection in my pants and it not being able to break free because I’m tucked.. BEST WAY I CAN DESCRIBE IT! I would say the pain has been at a seven max. And if I’m being completely honest, it’s more discomfort than pain. My doctor has assured me that this is normal, nerves are reconnecting, and some things are still swollen.
I should also add that I’m a very impatient person and I expect results almost instantaneously, which I know is not realistic in any way.
As far as the euphoria goes, I put on these booty shorts that I had pre op, and it was such a beautiful feeling. Prior to surgery whenever I wore those shorts I never felt 100% comfortable because I always felt masculine with my bulge showing through them. Now that I’ve tried them on again post op, it feels right. It feels like this is what I’ve been missing. To be able to put on my clothes and like what I see when I look in the mirror.>>>>>>>> my body is finally aligned with the way that I see it. It’s crazy because as I was having the excitement and rush of happiness flow through me, I also had a sense of calmness and stillness. It’s indescribable but totally worth it.
When it comes to support, everyone that I’ve told has just been happy for me and supportive. No one has judged me or made me feel like my choice was a mistake. My boyfriend is my biggest cheerleader and if it wasn’t for him this journey so far would’ve definitely been hard. Having someone especially when you’re going through a major surgery like this is required, because your mind will travel to some dark places.
Postop depression has been tricky for me. I’ll have waves where I’m feeling great and on top of the world, and then I just get this rush of horrible feelings that lead me to think that my entire surgery was a mistake and other things. But then I think of how much I wanted this surgery before the postop depression, and how hard I work to get to where I am. And it also doesn’t hurt to watch some good comfort shows that distract you from your thoughts.
I know it’s only been a month, but with the one month postop appointment that I just had with my doctor, coupled with all the feelings that I’ve been having the past month, I can honestly say that I don’t regret the surgery one bit. I am the happiest I have ever been, and I know it’s going to get better from here. What propels me is thinking about the life that I’m going to have after I am all healed up! No more feeling unsure of myself based on how I’m dressed, no more feeling the bulge, or the tuck! I am FREE!

Nearing 4 weeks post op and I don’t seem to have ongoing pain. Just random zings and zaps (I think from the skin healing over the sutures?) as well as the feeling of me having a bulge/boner and my walls closing on what feels like my “penis head” it’s really uncomfortable but my doctor assures me everything is fine. Tylenol and Ibuprofen aren’t really doing anything except diminishing the pain from a 6 to a 4 tbh. It’s amazing I can get sleep. Hang in there sister!

Just had surgery with [Hanna] a 3 weeks ago. Man is definitely thee man to see! He answered all my questions before I got to ask them. The process leading up to surgery was so easy. I’m currently healing and it’s coming along nicely. I’m a little impatient about the healing but he assured me I was one of his best results. It also helped to show pictures of what I want my vagina to look like.
Um... where can I find pictures of what I want my vagina to look like? So I can at least have an idea

A 24-year-old male-to-female transsexual patient, presented with entrapment and upward migration of the vaginal metallic dilator 1 week before admission. She was afebrile and had no problem in defecation and micturition. She underwent gender reassignment surgery with sigmoid vaginoplasty 8 month and breast augmentation 6 month before admission. The technique used for gender reassignment was sigmoid colpopoiesis approach that involved orchidectomy, neourethrostomy, clitoroplasty, creation of neovagina by using sigmoid colon.She was not sexually active and used a large vaginal metallic dilator (length 20 cm, diameter 3.5 cm) 15 min twice daily for prevention of vaginal shrinkage.
Attempts for transvaginal extraction of the foreign body failed because of upward migration of the dilator toward the abdomen. The tight pubic arch did not permit for caudal movement of the dilator. The patient was scheduled for abdominopelvic laparoscopic exploration.
Surgical technique
With the patient under general anesthesia in lithotomy position with 30° head down position, three port transperitoneal laparoscopy was done with a 10-mm camera port at the umbilicus, a 10- and a 5-mm ports along the left lateral border of rectus muscle at the level of umbilicus and at left lower quadrant area at the midpoint between the umbilicus and anterior superior iliac spine; respectively.Laparoscopic exploration of pelvic cavity showed that the neovagina remained intact containing the large dilator (Fig. 1A). Through a transverse incision over the sigmoid vagina the dilator was extracted (Fig. 1B), snared in an endobag and put in the abdominal cavity. The sigmoid vagina was repaired with free-hand intracorporeal laparoscopic suturing and knot-tying techniques with polyglycolic acid 2–0 stitches in two layers. After ensuring the integrity of the repair by intraoperative vaginal examination, the dilator was removed by extending the site of umbilical port (Fig. 1C). A Hemovac was put as an external drainage in the pelvic cavity and the trocar sites were closed. Operative time was 70 min.
Discussion
To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case of upward dilator migration to the bowel segment after rectosigmoid colpopoiesis in male-to-female transsexuals. As the sigmoidal portion was used for vaginal construction, we approached the migrated dilator as a rectal foreign body.Laparoscopic view of the intact sigmoid neovagina containing the large metallic dilator (A) which was extracted through a transverse incision (B). The dilator was removed by extending the site of umbilical port (C).
