I had my consult for hair removal today! It was tricky to find places that offer electrolysis near me, though there seem to be a lot more laser places. I was skeptical of this place because I couldn’t find a lot of reviews and the place doesn’t have much of an online presence, which is fine it’s just hard to know if it’s a decent place or not without reviews or going there. But it went very well! It’s a small place with only one lady who works there but she was clearly very knowledgeable about her work and recommended a blend of laser and electrolysis. She explained how both methods work and hair growth cycles. I’ll post pictures of my arm so people can get an idea of what I’m working with. I have a lot of arm hair though my urethra portion is already clear. My hair is also a mix of medium blond to very light blond. Laser works by targeting the pigment and electrolysis individually pulls out the hair. Both target the root, which is what kills hair growth.
My blond hair combined with a couple tattoos had me thinking I would need to do all electro. But! She did a couple test spots on my arm for both laser and electro and some hairs had pigment, some didn’t. Which was discovered during the electro test when she pulled some hairs and saw the bulbs. So we’re going to do laser on most of my arm and electrolysis over my tattoo area.
She was also surprised to find that my arm hair was in a growing stage, which is surprising because I’ve never shaven or waxed my arms. But that can be a good thing because you want to target the hair in a growing stage. We’ll see how it all goes!
I did explain my situation to her, how I had laser before and a phalloplasty attempt that I wasn’t happy with and I’m doing an arm graft redo. She was aware of phalloplasty and the arm graft, which was cool. She was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. I also appreciate she doesn’t charge for a consult/test patches. There was another place I looked at that charges $50 for just a consult. She also said for most people it takes about a year.
The laser test spot didn’t hurt at all. It felt ever so slightly tingly a few seconds after she did it. Electrolysis didn’t hurt much, it was a weird sensation but brief. I’ve heard some people compare it to tattoos and some say it hurts more than tattoos, but yk everyone is different and I don’t think it hurt nearly as bad as some of my tattoos. We’ll see how my appointment goes tho, I’m sure a full hour doesn’t compare to a minute spot test.
I booked my first appointment for next Tuesday! She wants to start with electrolysis over my tattoo area to see how my skin reacts. $75 for one hour.

In my defense, It was the first pic only and I did not have my glasses on. That weird bulge at the top is weirdly reminiscent of some metoidioplasty methods; along with what I thought was a vnectomy. It didn't even look like there was a vagina.
Kamol seems to be unusually good with suturing compared to others in the industry. He's a wasted surgeon.

Hello today i décide to take a real decision about my failed srs ppv with kamol .im enaugh struggling after months of bad depression and problems,i loose alot of things because this my life change lot and somtimes im thinking to die to finish with all that i just want to sleep and not waikup anymore ,i was very positive person before surgery loving life and have projects and dreams but after the surgery when everything start to be bad i see just darkness.
Today i take decision to see if i can remove the canal and close the vigina and do esthetique and live my life peacefully, im not ready to do colon revision to live another nightmare and destroy totally my mental and body , i still in constipation so i cant live without laxative….
My question pliz if it possible to remove my close canal and close the vigina without big scars or problems and thanks

With the sheer volume of patients, i have to disagree. everyone i spoke to IRL had nothing but good things and the occasional niggle with aesthetics.
One month ppv with komal, Size 3 dilator and can orgasm and get wet amazingly.

I am sorry if you're having issues and my only advice is to follow william powers and use a ram anal balloon to regain depth. What issues are you having? all the ones you stated? i'm in contact with lots of komal ppt patients who are happy.

Then it's no good for laser at least, she should be getting just electrolysis. My laser tech told me it would be a waste of money to do it on my upper legs because of them being blonde, if there's not enough pigment in the hair it won't work well.
That seems abnormal to me, I hear it hurts quite a lot.
