IIRC it was confirmed that Morgan wrote like 75% of all G4 content. Adam had no interest in video games and was just a washed up stand up comedy asshole they hired off the street. Though Ill defend him, he might not be very funny as a writer but he does have this kind of manic energy(amphetamines) that made him more charismatic than the rest of G4tv, which wasnt a high bar. Even Morgan, rewatching old eps on youtube, is kind of spergy and reserved. Which makes "Morgans a fake nerd" funnier in retrospect. The ATOTS people should on paper have had better chemistry but they just so viscerally hated themselves and each other and could barely hide it. Even if Adam hated video games, he loved every second of being high on the clock.

There's German surnames that are Jewish because they originated at the time when Jews were ordered to take German surnames and non-Jews usually don't have those surnames. However, a lot of Jews also eventually changed their surname or just bribed officials to have their surname changed or recorded as a non-Jewish name.

Anyway, a quick search shows there was a rabbi Sessler in California in early 20th Century and there's multiple references to people named Sessler in California Jewish News.
