VVVVVV has such a banger soundtrack, it only has like 16 songs and a lot are just small jingles, but man they are all so good.

Fez might be a bit of an overly-pretentious miss, but the OST Disasterpeace made for it is beyond reproach.

Also Death Stranding has a fantastic OST, whether you consider Forselli's score, or the popular music they licensed, or both together.

And finally, this isn't actually from an OST, but it's designed to sound like Sonic zone music: Bomb Boy - Cascade Cave Zone Acts 1 and 2
