From what I can tell, she's basically a member of the Nora Reed ratking and a massive aGG sperg who considers GG to be terrorism - enough that she mentions it in her Patreon. However, unlike most of her troon friends, she's not seeing any of those sweet patreonbux.

Last time I heard about him was last year, during that whole Laughing Witch clusterfuck. I posted one of his really long, boring ass videos in the thread.

SecretGamerGirl/Grrl is pretty careful not to give away personally identifying info, but this is what I've gathered from too many months of watching him and the rest of the rat king.

SecretGamerGirl is a suicidal, dirt-poor, untransitioned, agoraphobic, mtf trans NEET with dental problems who is totally financially dependent on family members who he believes will throw him out on the street at the first sign he's trans. He claims to be a "professional writer" and "indie game dev" (of tabletop games, I think), but I can't find any mentions of a game he's worked on, and the vast majority of his writing is in the form of storify pieces and sperging on tumblr about either trans issues or how evil gamergate is. This was the first post on his tumblr, which he has since deleted.

SGG's work history under his actual name is basically non-existent by his own admission. It's pretty obvious that his plan has been to parlay all his GG rants into some sort of writing gig, but no one has shown interest. He was further hamstrung in May by being added to Based Blue's personal twitter blocklist, which is used by a lot of progressive activists, games writers, and game devs. That happened as a result of Randi revealing that Nora Reed was the one who took over the Social Coroner twitter account. Before that incident, SGG kissed Randi's ass on a regular basis. This is where they fell out.

edit2: I forgot a good part. SGG claimed that at least two women have been driven to suicide by GG, but he refused to share the proof out of supposed respect for the families.
