Oh dang, I hope it was a Farmer or null! That would be a great next domain!
*checks where .sh is.*
.sh is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the British Overseas Territory of Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, although it is primarily used in Saint Helena (Ascension Island has its own ccTLD, .ac).
Ah shit, nevermind.

I do wonder if it was Hector who snapped up the domain. But saying that, the website builder there isn't licensed under the GNU GPL 3.14159 (or whatever they are up to now) and no true Open Source Advocate would ever use closed source software, right? (sarcasm)

near.sh currently resolves to two Amazon AWS adresses, it's back with the SmartName parking page. SSL certificate is issued by GoDaddy. It could have been auto-bought by some squatter simply because it's short and forms a common word.

I don't believe this has been posted yet. I found a list of FOIA requests submitted to the Department of State that was published on May 9th, 2023. It lists three requests having to do with David Ginder.

  1. 11/22/2022
    • Requested by Simohamed Benbattouche
    • Closed on 12/20/2022
    • Screenshot_20231109_223017_Samsung Notes.jpg
  2. 12/20/2022
    • Requested by Simohamed Benbattouche
    • Not yet closed as of 5/9/2023
    • Screenshot_20231109_222915_Samsung Notes.jpg
  3. 12/23/2022
    • Requested by Chris von Csefalvay of MuckRock News
    • Not yet closed as of 5/9/2023
    • Screenshot_20231109_222947_Samsung Notes.jpg
I'd be very interested to know the final outcomes of those requests.
To take a total guess, judging by the dates on the first two requests I bet the first result was not submitted properly or with correct formatting so it was denied fairly quickly. Then the same day the requester filed a new request with proper formatting that would be more likely to return results.
I have no idea what the turn around time on FOIA requests is but I find it odd that the first was closed in under a month and the other two were still open at least 5 months later. Also, the latter two requests being so close in submittal time is odd. But I'm also not sure how often info on Byuu is requested. I believe this report only covers from 10/1/22 to 12/31/22.

Apparently this MuckRock site does FOIAs for people who request them, then publishes results on the site.

No hits for "Ginder."
Beat me to it. I just spent the last few minutes trying to see if I could find the outcome of that request.

Ya know, I think it's been a while since people have looked into debunking Byuu's death. I really think it can be done. But no one has really tried recently.

And disproving their death would be objectively a huge win for the forum.

Another note: This "Simohamed Benbattouche" character has only one hit on Google and that's in this FOIA list.

They may very well be the same guy, except he used someone with an actual real name this time. I suspect the "Simohamed" guy might be a fake name.

That was my original thought. I wonder if "Simohamed" submitted that second request and then became worried he would just wait another month to be rejected again so he enlisted the services of MuckRock and "Chris" to increase his likelihood of success.

But, hey, if I was requesting this information I wouldn't want my legal name attached to it either.

There's two outcomes that would be ideal:
  1. Byuu is found to be alive and well, and we're able to prove he's just a lying tranny who weaponized a fake death to remove a 13-page forum thread.
  2. Byuu actually died, but in a way unrelated to the fake suicide attempt. Maybe he slipped on an ice cube or some shit and after a few weeks of unread emails Hector realized he could weaponize the death against the Farms in order to gain massive social credit from the troon community.

I look forward to the outcome of these FOIA requests.
I have no idea what the turn around time on FOIA requests
I'm retarded and not born in the land of freedom, but IIRC don't they have to be responded to within 20-30 days or something? Whenever someone FOIA's for other cow threads they always have them back quick. It would suggest there's nothing to return for these requests if they're 9 months old.

I haven't been actively tracking this situation for a while now, but have we been able to get a positive verification that David Kirk Ginder is the guy's real name? Like given everything we've seen, I wouldn't be too surprised to find out that the name was just randomly generated a la Norbert Moses.

As I recall there's both a marriage and a house purchase with that name.

It's supposedly within 20 days but they routinely violate it and delay for years.

There was a 10-month gap in 2008. And like you said, Japan had its borders closed to tourists throughout 2021, so you'd expect a drop in deaths of US citizens during that time.

I don't know where that site is getting its info, but it's way off. A search of deeds in Franklin County, Ohio shows that Byuu and his husband sold the house in 2018. The couple who bought it sold it to a "we buy houses" type of company in November 2021. That company sold the house to the current owners in February of this year.

I really thought you were on to something but, others were right. His name has been confirmed.
