Nomura actually did a whole series of a
Marvel figure designs. Not as good as when he did batman or star wars but I dig.

Thor and iron man look cool

So copying David Zaslav renaming HBO max to just max?

More like "we can't afford to keep two separate streaming sites going PLUS we can't Disney vault bury the r-rated evergreen shit we got in the Fox purchase both PR wise and because such evergreen r-rated stuff gets better streaming number than our woke D+ originals and other crap we deem worthy of putting on D+"

If the hostile takeover happens I suspect all that woke shit is going in the vault to never be seen again.

LOL confirmed kill on their streaming services. They're literally tripling down on everything.
Because that went so well for Netflix, right? R-right?
This all goes back to the Barbie movie where you make these girl-power characters and shit only for the most interesting, sympathetic person to be the antagonist of the film, the straight white man. And these are mostly female/feminist writers conjuring up this story. It doesn’t surprise me that they continuously fuck up their own messaging in these films; it gives me a bit of a headache from all the cognitive dissonance.

And trying to tie this to other Disney movies is so unnecessary. Why does everything have to be connected? Can we not have standalone films and shows anymore? It’s as though they’ve learned nothing from trying to continue doing this in Marvel and Star Wars. All you’re doing is creating a giant mess because you don’t have the people that can make this work anymore.

I read the Twitter thread and there’s definitely a lot of people responding with “oh god no” and “say psych rn”. Except one dude who keeps sucking Disney’s dick

Also the king becoming the Magic Mirror makes painting him as a villain a stupid, stupid idea because the Mirror is the most neutral character around. He just tells the truth regardless of who asks him, he pissed off the Queen over it for one thing.

The writers legit don't even remember these legacy characters to give them proper origin stories. Fucking morons.

Because connected universes with thousands of movies and TV shows you have to watch else you'll be completely lost is the new hot thing.
yeah, but there's probably a dozen different stories that attempt a unified universe, from the 10th Kingdom to Ever After High to Into The Woods to Once Upon A Time

I had DVDs of 10th Kingdom when I was in the military... I knew people were getting desperate for entertainment when I entered the lounge and saw it playing on the TV.

I've actually heard The 10th Kingdom is pretty gud. Based on your comment, I assume it ain't true?
