I didn't check too deep, but the CenturyLink is fiber. It's only 200Mb/s, but its more than enough for his use.

Some educated guesses:

• When the tech was out, they asked Phil what he wanted his wifi names to be when the router/modem was factory reset and they showed Phil how to change the wireless names.
• They noticed a special needs Khet and asked Phil if they needed to re-add any blocked sites and showed him how to go about that
• Phil blocked the http url's prior to this emergency stream so he could screenshot the modem/router settings while still having access to YouTube/twitter/whatever. (I'm on the fence about this one because this requires some actual forethought)

Yes, which is why he's always acting like he could sue people but he's too nice or doesn't have enough money. I'm sure you could file pro se or whatever the term is for the cost of the filing fee but that would be too much work for him. My official guesses for odds about the truth here:

<1%: that it's someone at comcast. Certainly the 'stealing money' part is completely made up
~20%: some tractor hacked one or multiple devices inside the snort ford. No problem to get into the modem settings from there
~80%: It's all just a fake victim segment to beg for money. Comcast is just doing maintenance or fat khet is plugging/unplugging the modem for pitybuxx.

It's more than just engineering his modem's data though. For his story to be believed they'd have to get access onto comcast's network and then also access to his modem, that is very hard to believe

Why? Everything he described happening is trivial to do with a RAT trojan on one of his PC's and it would've been simple for whoever sent him the free PC's to do.

I gotta say Phail is completely right when he says that his streams spread pahsitivity because I just won a $100 bet with a fellow 'tractor, 3 months ago I bet that Phail would start making Targeted Individual/gangstalking videos within a year and he fucking did it with this stream. He even started it off by stating his full name and occupation and saying "this is a cry for help."

Also I'm 50/40/10 on it being either fake and gay, the sad troondividual or whoever bought him one of his gifted devices fucking with him, or it being the Comcast regional manager all along. Him saying that he won't lawyer up immediately set off my bullshit alarms because unlike his previous delusions of grandeur when he stated that he could sue someone and win thousands thouwlsands of dahllers, if this situation was true he'd actually have a legit case.

If I wanted to create this bad internet scenario here's what I would do:
-very loosely connect the cable (rg6 wire) to the modem so the copper wire is barely making contact.
- wrap exposed threads from the jacket around the copper wire to cause a short
-hook the modem up to an unreliable power source or an insufficient one.

I'm guessing the reason the tech found was something simple like a bad physical connection, seeing as how phil didn't want to discuss the details after the lead up to "the tech visit". I can see him using this knowledge to plan something like this.
