She won't qualify for alimony or child support, so the max she could get is 50% of the assets accumulated during the marriage, and they've only legally been married for like a year and she made a lot (though not as much as Dest) that year, so don't worry, little man will be fine.

Let's not forget though that Melina is in the country on a conditional green card and in her situation the condition is probably that she remains married to her US sponsor, so either she's going back to Sweden or they're going to continue to remain legally married for the next 1-2 years so that she can maintain her residency.
