Every show needs a heel and he understood these shows didn't have one so he decided to become one, even making his hair blue to fit the part.

I like the performance art part of him making hos hair blue. It was a good business decision. A small man understands that he has to do stuff to stand out.

It was also fairly entertaining seeing this little gremlin talk tough to redpill guys and seeing them become meek or concillatory. Suddenly they're not looking as alpha as they want. It's not as easy as when talking to a 19 year old onlyfans girl.

Destiny never really contributes any real insights or understanding, instead he is all about poking holes or sometimes even just about the appearance of poking holes because some of them are just debate tactics comparable to the matt walsh "what is a woman?" shtick, or the basic atheist / christian call in show that are fully about making someone else look dumb than really furthering any type of knowledge.

The interesting take away has been that part of the statement was that when he was talking positively about her publically, that was a lie. So either he was lying then or he's lying now. You really can't trust a single word that comes out of his mouth.

haha this is a very good point. I don't really hate Destiny to be honest I find the little man amusing. And as you said, he's a shrewd business man he knows what the audiences want to see. I share Metokur's opinion in that Destiny, whatever else you want to say about him, WILL debate anyone and everyone, producing that sweet sweet content the audience wants to see.

And yeah seeing Myron suck up to destiny despite him supposedly being the type of person they'd bully normally was fascinating. I won't lie some of the clips from those type of shows can be kind of amusing, popcorn content like that episode with Gorlock the Destroyer. Also I thought the kevin samuels debate with that one girlboss was kinda funny.

That said it gets old fast, I got tired of it after binging a few clips. It is very formulaic. "hey guys myron here with a panel of 10 dumb LA onlyfans girls who are retarded. Girl number one, why do non-trad women want trad men? Girl two, you a silly single mother hoe, how could you think a man wants you?" etc etc. Once you've seen one episode you've seen em all. I can't imagine the type of person who watches that to inform themselves on how to deal with women or think that the women they bring onto that panel are at all representative of the average woman. It'd be like watching Jerry Springer and using that to inform of your local neighborhood. At least jerry had a little more variety in his shows I guess.

Very true. That's also why it gets crazy numbers. Because it is formulaic. All dr Phil episodes are the same as well, or to catch a predator. This is shaped exactly in the shape the amorphous audience blob wants it.

What I find interesting how they have to film whole days, content farming for those 2-3 great clips that help them market the show and make the whole thing work. It's absolutely soulgrinding content factory work, having the same conversation over and over again and trying to make it seem spontaneous for that one clip to blow up.

As for Myron, the dumbest thing he did was hitch his cart to Tate. He got thrown off of youtube and for what really? He really didn't get much out of that at all and it let whatever podcast absorb his audience.

yeah when I did watch it the only way I could was either through Shorts once my algorithm is fucked because I watched ONE clip or from the clips channel they had. Even then it gets tiresome and I would need something like Gorlock to rope me back in. I don't know how one would be able to watch a full episode unless its something actually interesting like when they got Fuentes and Destiny on to debate which the absurdity of it was entertainment alone.

But yeah I suppose I appreciate the occasional freakshow they put on and I can understand the rise of that form of content and its appeal to its intended audience but regardless I worry about the younger people watching it and taking it seriously and how it will make gender relations even worse than they are now.
