I get mad at Erin Reed a lot but these are likely going to be his most productive years in relation to the trans cause. A parachute isn’t a medical procedure. If we’re going to autistically continue with the analogy, we only use a parachute in situations where we know a parachute is the solution. But detransitioners and a 41% rate of suicidal ideation indicate that many people are being strangled by the parachute cords.

That's just it though.Tony and TRAs can't blame society if the suicide rates are still high because most people dont see trans people as whatever gender they identify as.This is the fundamental problem with the entire trans movement.Unless sex changes are fully possible then they can never reach their goal of being the opposite gender/sex.Even with the most passing TIM, no straight man or lesbian(unless they're really fucking desperate)would ever want to date a TIM.Dont blame society when TIPs are asking for the impossible.

As someone in Florida, I genuinely cannot remember how disastrous it has been. I haven't seen people be forcibly detransitioned, I haven't seen public trans shaming, I still know a handful of troons/poons around my area who are either doing college or working a cashier job... no chaos in the streets, no chaos anywhere else really.

Maybe if I get arrested for a felony here I'll be able to see how much of a disaster it is.
