Niji already put out a statement that she wouldn't be there due to "unforeseen circumstances", removing her from the promotional material makes sense. You don't want customers turning up to your event, buying a ticket to see X because it's in the poster, and then complaining and getting refunds when X isn't there. I don't see her removal from the poster as surprising.

I also want to see her back so there's some measure of coping in my heart as I write this. Is there a (You) flavor for that on this site? The hat or the rainbow or something.

No way, A Kiara x Pippa collab would cause the most seethe because the origin of the Pippa ban from the HoloEN fan Discords originated from the KFP server. A ton of KFP are still asshurt due to that Pippa wrestling joke she made ages ago.
