The 20 year old misadventurer mentioned above too, why are there no long-term follow-ups for these surgeries? Fellow spirals into depression half a year after surgery and no one cares or bothers to look up how the patients deal with it.
The first real valid and professional meta-analysis about srs/grs is going to reveal some horrible statistics, with all these young people rushing into medical transitioning.

Some doctors don't care, as long as the cash is green.

There are reasons why legitimate doctors turn people away for this or that treatment, and it has nothing to do with prejudice or bias.

RFF Phallo with sh scars - TW for SH scar photos

I had first stage RFF phallo with Mr Christopher, UK, in June 2023.

I've seen a few posts regarding sh scars and phallo, so wanted to share some pics, in case this can help anyone in a similar circumstance.

Scars were quite significant and formed over a period of about 10 years, some fairly large, but were at least 3 years old at the time of surgery.

My surgeon performed a prep/exploratory surgery before hand to check for circulation, where the flap was lifted and replaced, in Feb 2020. This all went fine, and I was told if it heals well, then all would be fine to go ahead for stage 1.

Stage 1 went really well, and I was lucky and had 0 complications.

In terms of sensation, my surgeon informed me, as long as I could feel sensation on my arm/scars that this should not effect the results of sensation. At 7 months post op, I now have fairly good sensation, I can feel most of the shaft, as well as cold temp at the base and tip, so hopefully this will only get better in time.

In terms of aesthetics, He does have some dips/raised bits on the larger scars, that you can feel when touching, but this does not bother me, and I joke that he has natural ribbing, for others pleasure! haha!

The scars do not bother me at all, and I love my dick very much, and would not change it.

As we have also talked about in this thread and elsewhere, the "bad" results and complications are often hidden online and rarely talked about in society and even when they are discussed, there is so much pressure for "trans" people to continue on their transitioning path that the negatives are brushed aside by the person so they do not spend much time thinking about them.

I hope that we have caused at least some proto-troons/pooners to turn away from the one-way street of medically-transitioning from the realties that have been brought to light here.

At least make them get laser treatment on their scars but they seemingly don't even care if they get hair removal, even though they know there will be hair on their "dick".

At 25 years old i remember waking up after my penile invesion surgery in the uk and smiling alough battered and brusied she looked beautuful to me! Dilating was ok painful as expected, messy of course ! I had surgery to remove scar tissue twice and cintnued afterwards each time with dilating however in 2005 this became impossible so i had a colon vaginoplasty. Racing thoughts​


Started prozac 20mg as had racing tboughts and depression and anxiety,suicidal thoughts after being affected by my job supporting others with complex needs, depression has eased as has anxiety but racing thoughts continued and incrased ,i feel like i am on a fairground ride and cant stop. I would add i had 1.5 years meds free previously it wasnt great but i titrated slowly with mental health support. I started meds aged 18 now 44 . Any advice. I had 2 months off work and tried to go back last week for 2 hours but struggled. Sleep issues lots hence why i am awake at 2.50 am uk .
