hiii i just wanted to say that i've been following this subreddit for a while now and you all have helped me feel more normal. as a trans woman who undergoes vaginoplasty, we have to dilate for life. it's crazy how similar our experiences are, every time i read about your struggles with dilating or sex i feel so identified with your stories. and while my reason for needing to dilate might be different to yours, i think finding this little community has helped me feel more at peace with my body and less dysphoric with the way my vagina works.

i've been gathering tips from this subreddit for my own dilations that have helped me so i guess i just wanted to say thanks and i understand your pain. you're all very inspirational to me 🥲.[\spoiler]

I know he's guilty of encroaching on female communities but I can see the point of dilating being painful for both, for different reasons. Hopefully the tips he learned will help him not be like those trannies who accidentally dilate a fistula between their ass and rotpocket.

Fuck that. I hope this intrusive piece of shit dilates his way to a lifetime of UTIs as punishment for barging his way into a women's space. Bathrooms and changing rooms aren't enough, they have to intrude on spaces for women to discuss their private medical issues too.

He could have just silently absorbed any information without announcing his presence and pretending as if his dick-flayed rot pocket has anything whatsoever to do with a painful and distressing condition that affects only women. They've colonized the fuck out of the PCOS subreddit too. Women can't have a single God damn thing for ourselves, not even a shitty medical condition.

Imagine being a woman going through a painful medical dilemma, likely suffering you're entire life, and some fucking tranny barges in going "omg you're just like meeee ^^"

I'd actually contemplate killing myself.

I like to think a woman who has to operate on actual cancer survivors and has to see the pain and turmoil of the women who have to get their breasts cut off or die, probably has a deep seething hatred for anyone who would do such a thing not only willingly, but happily and preach to others the magnificence of cutting your tits off.

There was that study they did of trannies with stinkditches, and surprise, surprise… The majority of them who engaged in sex with their partners, had anal sex instead of using their front-hole-fuck-pouches.

Pretty sure there’s a good reason for that, and it isn’t that it feels so good and is indistinguishable from an actual vagina.

i know that generally phallo is customisable in that you can get UL or not, scroto or not etc., but I'm asking about the shape of the penis itself - surgeon willing, could you make it an unusual shape (random examples: rectangular instead of circular; pointed tip; "fantasy" inspired: animal inspired, & so on)?
(this is completely hypothetical I'm just wondering lol)
Quite a few are offended by the question but at least one answered honestly and recommended the r/salmacian subreddit.

Theres no medical reason for cosmetic plastic surgery yet its an entire industry. All you need is the money and an surgeon insane enough to make your furry fetish dick. Elephant Dick has a literal flesh tentacle and other examples on here look like a fat coke can that look nothing like a penis. Its degenerate af but it could definitely be done.
