My theory is they fantasize about those scenarios because its taboo and that makes it exciting.

Anyone who actually has siblings knows that they are the least fuckable people on the planet. Like even if your sister was hot you just instinctively think, "Ew, no."

I have siblings and agree that I did not want to fuck them, but I also have never been into incest.

Taboo could be an element, but I suspect that people who go down that path are probably lacking in some inhibition that normal people have
