Paraphrasing, “whenever I reached out nobody wanted to talk to me, I was always the one to start a conversation, nobody connected with me.” So Keffals thinks literally 2 words from 9 months ago (half-assed plans that he clearly had no intention of following through on) is proof that he mourns a friend. And then he went on to block this person.
That said, the suicide note is a bunch of word salad as well, and given I've seen plenty of word salads where it ends up always being the person writing it is a narcissist, I have to wonder what was ACTUALLY going on behind the scenes with Rinna.
If you strip out the whining about racism and POC stuff, it boils down to Discord drama and failed e-grifting.

I just learned some fun facts about the tribunal. The maximum monetary award is capped at 20k each for punitive and compensatory damages. Plus, their decision to take up or reject a case is public record. It would be a real shame if poor Lucas' case has been rejected already, since that decision takes eight months to make from date of application.

It's not rejected yet, but it will be. When I was looking into it, it seemed about 90% of applications get dismissed, and Lucas doesn't really have a case.
That being said, what is your source for the eight months timeframe? I'm not sure that's accurate.
