My assumption is that this troon didn’t attempt to kill himself at all, and faked a suicide for clout, hoping to read a bunch of messages loving him and decrying Keffals and company. Then after getting attention for a bit, he wrote up this to be able to say “jk lol.” The whole rescue story reads exactly like a fantasy someone would write in which they are heroically saved by someone who loves them enough to do so. We’ll see how it shakes out over the next few days though.
