It's been a while since I've seen a "Daily Dose" reference, but it also fits pretty well. I can easily see it as a backhand from the bull because Nick wasn't fondling the balls correctly.
Also clearly Coomalot was too scared to go fast after he lost two cars. Maybe this was his way of bowing out while still making a showing.

Coomalot was supposed to realize his dream today and make his ARCA NASCAR debut in the Daytona 200. Whereupon he would own all the haters!
Instead, he will not get that race because he is SLOWER THAN SHIT!!!
In qualifying, he was 9.5 seconds off the leader, 30 MPH slower than the leader, and more than 2 whole seconds behind the next slowest car. Putting him dead last. 50 cars tried. Only 40 can make the grid.

ASKING THE QUESTIONS:
What is Nick Rekieta hiding? What is on his face? When did it happen?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this picture from the old property listing is the room where Rekieta streams from. In other words, unless Nick has repainted the room, it is an off-white color and definitely not yellow or anything like it looks like when he streams with his camera's color temperature turned up sky high.
Unless that paint color is not right, we can conclude that Nick has turned up his camera's color temperature really high in the last few days.
FACT 1: Nick appears to have fucked with the image from his camera starting this Tuesday
The first screengrab below, taken from this Monday (Feb 12), where Nick is in a black shirt has a color temperature where the paint color in the stream about matches the paint color in the property listing photo of the room, whereas the color temperature from the following stream (Feb 13) is dramatically different, the color temperature is turned up way, way, way too high, making the wall color look like a yellowish beige. Nick did not stream on February 14, but he streamed on February 15, also with a very high color temperature.
This has the effect of making the image more warm, or in other words, everything appears more red/yellow.
He may have altered other elements of the camera image but it appears to mainly be the color temperature since the yellow/red elements (such as Nick's skin tone and the wall color) appear much stronger but the blue from the paintings do not.
While I had already noticed that the color temperature from Nick's streams varied from stream to stream, after checking it looks like he has turned it up really high in the last two streams compared to the usual range.

FACT 2: Nick has had a dark mark at the same place on his face long before 2024
I am not entirely convinced that the dark mark in the middle of the yellow spot has anything to do with the yellow spot.
I noticed that there has been a dark mark on the right side of his face for a long period of time, but there's no yellowness I could find on his face until this week.
I think it may even be starting to be visible in the below stream from the Depp trial in May 2022 if you zoom in, though it seems much smaller. As we will see, it was definitely visible last fall in about the same size as it is now.
Comparisons of face over time
I made diagrams of his face over time. Where the color temperature appears to be high (by comparing the wall color) I have adjusted it by turning down the color temperature to make the colors cooler as exampled below from last night's stream to try to very roughly match the color of the wall with the paint color from the other streams and the property listing photo.
Comparison 1: Older streams
These diagrams are all quite large (3800 by 1200 roughly), load the full image and zoom in if you want.
Stream of September 29, 2023:
From the 6-hour Eric July Meltdown stream, Nick has had a dark mark on the right side of his face that seems roughly the same size as it is now, but it's not yellow at all.
There is also a much smaller spot directly beneath the larger one.
Stream of January 3 2024:
I chose a random stream where the color temperature was also warm quite warm, and adjusted it as shown above to demonstrate that it's not just me adjusting the color temperature that's causing his face to look yellow.
Stream of February 1 2024:
I also chose February 1 (after the spate of cancelled shows) to demonstrate his face wasn't yellow after after that either.
Overall the mark looks pretty consistent over the timespan of about 4 months before today.
Comparison 2: Last Friday to this week
Stream of February 9 2024:
No signs of yellowness. There is the dark mark on the face but it appears to look the same as it had for the previous months.
Stream of February 12 2024:
Still no signs of yellowness but although it is not as bad as it would be by the next day and despite the fact that Nick's face doesn't really look yellow, zooming in there may be a red spot on the right side of the face.
I'm not 100% sure.
Stream of February 13 2024:
The colors in Nick's stream appear dramatically warmer than before (see comparison between Feb 12 and Feb 13 at the start of this post).
After manually reducing the color temperature of the screengrab, there appears to be a yellow spot on the right side of the face which covers where the dark mark is, but it's not clear to me if they're related.
Non-Stream of February 14 2024:
Nick did not stream on February 14.
Stream of February 15 2024:
Very warm colors again, requiring adjustment. The yellow spot on Nick's face is much larger and more noticeable, such that it's very obvious even with the much warmer colors even without adjusting the color temperature.
Based on the above, I believe whatever is going on with Nick's face likely either happened or got considerably worse between the night of February 9 and the night of February 13. It became very noticeable between the nights of February 12 and February 13.

At this point he should just go on sabbatical and stop streaming for a few months. I don’t see the point of cancelling last minute with these mystery posts if he’s fighting a six front war in his personal life – unless it’s blatant attention seeking.
