I think when you factor in what they both have to lose, Destiny is significantly worse. He's very successful, rich, has a child (technically) and he continually risks it all by getting involved with crazy people. It's a 100% a mental issue, potentially brought on by being "on his own" emotionally since he was 16 or whatever when his parents left to go to Florida (I think that's the lore anyway). Lav is legitimately just a drain on society who leeches off her boyfriend and has done for years. It makes sense for her to just try and cause chaos because she has literally nothing else going on in her life. Other girls are genuinely a threat to her too (re Connor), because if he leaves her for another girl she would probably have to leech off her parents since she's "disabled".

I second this sentiment. Destiny has said that he is very open about his life and doesn't hide almost anything, but with these situations you get a peak at some real twisted thoughts and desires.

On the most recent jstlk stream Lav claims that Destiny gets sexual gratification from pitting women he has been intimate with against each other, and while I don't know about the sexual aspect of it all, it is obvious that the whole discord situation and all his comments on stream were trying to get Lav and this other women to fight over him. I would say he seems to get something out of feeling like some mastermind manipulating everyone from behind the scenes. Also I think he seems to get something out of "getting away" with shit, maybe lying or doing something he shouldn't be but I'm not sure about that one.

This could also be a call back to the Kelly Jean and Anwuh fight, from what I remember Destiny went really hard on Kelly and defended Anwuh to a weird degree. I think this is because Anwuh was fighting over him, attaking Kelly for her looks, saying Kelly is jealous of Anwuh being with Destiny, while Kelly didn't seem to give a shit about Destiny at all and was only pissed off Anwuh said she was wrong about ADHD.

If I'm stretching this could also even be related back to Lauren Southern. While Destiny may get a visceral pleasure from manipulating women to fight over him, I think Lauren probably didn't fall into that trap and might have even said something like she respects Melina or the institution of marriage too much to pursue anything further. This would have been a wild card to Destiny and in an attempt to regain control of the situation he starts throwing out life changing proposals like leaving Melina and becoming monogamous.

Why I'm archiving this: because unlike Awnuh, I'm very convinced he likes this girl a lot, it checks all of the criteria, which never happened with Awnuh or Layna:
-Constantly messaging her on stream, after waking up, and before going to bed (I've got many screenshots over multiple days if I need to provide proof)
-Trying to incorporate her in the community. Unlike Awnuh who was the one who incorporated herself, it seems Destiny wants Zoo to be accepted and for the community to be ok with her posting her nudes and talking details about their sexual relationship.
-He's delusional about her physical attractiveness level. In no way is this girl even on the same ballpark as Lav. Even tho Lav looks like a gremlin without makeup, Miss Piggy will never post a non-makeup picture because she has an extremely fat face which she hides with either her hair, or by posting 3/4 angled pictures in which she lifts her buccal fat to hide it) , and weak facial bone structure. ( not saying she's hideous like Awnuh tho, she's just painfully average and Destiny is trying to present her as being gorgeous).
Him being this delusional about her physical attractiveness means he likes her personality a lot, especially since he's messaging her daily for long periods of times even tho they haven't seen each other for three months+ (probably closer to 4 months now, unless he secretly flew her to the canvassing event)

Since they woke up they've been messaging non-stop again. He's taking longer than usual to respond since he's doing stuff irl, the event with Turkey Tom and Donut Operator, but they've been talking for hours. Basically, she types something, two minutes later you see Destiny's discord mobile light up for a second (meaning he read the notification), immediately goes back to iddle, and five minutes after that he goes online on discord mobile for a minute (typing message), almost immediately after his icon goes back to idle her's lights up and types something for five minutes, and the cycle repeats itself.

Very similar to what EZlover described, and demonstrated, was happening with Awnuh. Except, he's known this girl for longer, has been talking to her consistently for 6 months, isn't a plastic monster (although I'm pretty sure she has some filler in her lips), lives in the US (unlike Layna), seems to be as obsessed with her as he is with other girls like Lav, and unlike Awnuh, who seems to be the one that forced herself on stream, it seems Destiny was the one that encouraged her to post her nudes and become part of the community.

I think this is the one he will end up dating.
