That's my guess but I really don't know. He says he was working even after he defaulted on the $28k to Wells Fargo. Despite knowing where that he was working, despite knowing that he lives in some million dollar home in LA, despite him being able to raise money for TTP, Wells evidently still hasn't been able to collect and Jim has not payed. We know he still lives at that million dollar home because he burnt that C&D with his address on it. @Doug S made it sound like he's very big into sticking his head in the sand and ignoring lawsuits so I have no idea how he gets away with it. I'm sure his example will make great men out of his three boys.
And part of that money was supposed to be used to raise a defense against Kash and didn't do anything with that. He can't even deny it because the Kash suit was talked about on his GFM and he's talked about it on twitter. You know I'm curious now if Jim has any representation in the Flynn suit at all. In my layman's eyes it looks like Rick Wilson's legal team did all the heavy lifting and probably why the case against Rick was dismissed. There has been some updates on the Flynn suit but it looks like it's all from Rick's side and they're asking for legal fees. Wait, sorry liveposting, there is something from Jim and his "undersigned attorneys" asking for fees from Flynn. I'm a big dummy so maybe I'm reading it wrong because Jim's 4 of Jim's statements made it past SLAPP so I don't think Jim's owed anything. It looks like it was filed Thursday, the 29th. Not only was I never in that server, I never spoke with any of these people until long after Q had blown up. The red box around "Droog" is his.

The only evidence Jim ever has of anything is his own accusations. Its Tier 1 faggotry that doesnt even trick boomers.
It should be noted that Jim is referring to Microchip as "Justin McConney", which is a faildox. Microchip was called as a witness in the Douglas Mackey trial and he clearly is not McConney. As soon as I posted that to twitter, the video got inundated with spam comments from youTube accounts created in Oct 2018. (two ere Dec 2018 creation dates) So, they either have these accounts on tap (which could be a good chunk of RadPod views) or they paid for spam comments. I lean more towards this just being a collection of accounts he and/or his friends control. And Ive left the comments up because its jut so transparent that they are fake. Theyre all instagram models with zero uploads, no activity outside of commenting on shit that supports the LARPer agenda
