This is just spitballing since I'm not some hormone expert, but I think it's more that men, going through our version of puberty, learn to handle the aggression and competitive impulse and other shit that come along with being a testosterone-filled animal. A fundamental part of maturing as a man is learning how to control yourself, handle your impulses, and use them productively instead of lashing out in ways that will hurt other people and ruin your life. Obviously many men do not learn these lessons, but ftms never even had the chance to acclimate. They simply are not prepared for what it feels like to have sex-and-rage juice flowing through their veins, and so they act like violent retarded sex pests, just like a failed man would.

The rate for mtf trannies being deviants is without a doubt higher, but not to population scale.

Quite a lot of pooners are "asexual" by choice, as in, they're content to fap to gay anime porn and want to / have cut their tits off like the ladyboys from gay anime porn.
Self-identified "asexuals" among male troons are extremely rare, probably at most a couple in the whole tranny thread. If a troon is "asexual" it's extremely likely to be a complaint that it's chemically castrated itself and can't coooom.
Other considerations:
- Women are capable of being into shit as gross as men are. But there are fewer of these peak degeneracy women.
- However, a lot of Western pooners are in childcare jobs where they can groom children in person.
- On the other hand, a lot of troons are in tech and government where they write policies which enable troonism, including child grooming by pooners.
TL;DR in the West, it's hard to say which tranny sex is more culpable (globally, it's male troons). I know that's why I said it's higher in mtfs. I mostly agree with this statement. But there seems to be a growing population of women who want to join the pornsick ranks. Even if most women can't hold a candle to male depravity, there are plenty who enjoy mimicking male coomers. It's bizarre and difficult to explain, but there's a very distinct way they consume porn content which mirrors degenerate male behavior, such as calling men's pecs milkers or tits and degrading the object of their desire (usually a fictional man). Maybe it depends on the communities or fandoms you loiter in, but there are increasing numbers of women out there who are sexually deviant and vocal about it.

Johanson Staged Urethroplasty or “Hot Dog in a Bun.” It’s not an easy stage for me so go easy, never seen this posted before so wanted to share
My team at NYU uses this method for ALT patients so that a single tube method for UL could be done instead of a tube in a tube which would also increase girth.
9 months post op Stage 1 (phallus creation)
2 Months post op Stage 2 (Scrotoplasty, Vaginectomy and start of UL)
Next stage will be completion of UL, debulking and glansplasty

I don't know why, apart from maybe cos i'm awake past 4 so brain not work too good, but this entire post reminded me of the song "searching for a former clarity" by against me! from when they were good, not after he trooned out (its alluded to in the song though, "confessing childhood secrets of dressing up in womens clothes").
Its sad the girl never kept journals of her pre-surgery journey. Not a big journaller myself but writing shit down, with pen and paper, is really useful in times when you're trying to work through big decisions. Her regret that her decision making is now foggy to her must make it more difficult to cope with.
Its dumb for me to focus on this but she was such a pretty girl, her therapists failed her by not working on her self esteem rather than allowing her to troon out. She didn't have to be in this position. If she really wanted it, she could have got top surgery later, she's aware of her BPD so might have been able to put in the effort required to stahilise her identity through DBT etc first.

Do they debride the scar tissue and line it with a donor tissue or tube before they close it up? What is going to form the urethra itself? They don’t just let it go all hard and scarred then close it to form a tube, surely..?
