I and many others got into anime because we were promised three things: incredible stories, bucketfuls of gore, and loads of giant boobs. But I got into the hobby four years ago, and while the first two are still somewhat present in modern anime, the tittage...isn't. Like it's definitely kinda there, but it's not as overwhelming as I was hoping and expecting. There are exceptions, like the currently airing Gushing Over Magical Girls, but you do any research on that show and you're instantly met with the reality that it's child porn. So, that one's out of the question.
Now, this could entirely be my fault for not actually looking for anything, as by the time I was ready to take the plunge into extreme fanservice, I was a college man and I could no longer devote five hours a day to watch a full 12-episode anime in one sitting and satisfy my OCD, so all of my anime intake recently has been through the college anime club (where fanservice is looked down upon) and short memes on right-wing anime Twitter (where animated child porn is considered the highest form of entertainment). As far as I know, the stuff that I want is basically everywhere, buried just underneath the surface of anime.

Here's some rules for recommendations:
• No outright hentai. I want tits, not vaginas.
• No sexualized minors. That should go without saying. To make it easier, the age of consent is 16 in most US states, including my own.
• Don't choose anything boring. I've got the feeling romance is inevitable with this, but please, nothing sappy. I'm not asking for hyperviolent gorefests or breakneck-paced comedies (though if you've got them, that's even better), but I don't want pure romance.

Other than that, anything goes. Rape? Bring it. Sadism? Bring it. Yuri? That would probably make it better. Incest? Preferably not, but I've played TCoAaL (with my own sister, no less), so it's by no means a deal breaker.

And if you're planning on sending up loli stuff fur teh lulz, trust me, you don't want to do that. You may think it doesn't affect you, but other kinds of drawn porn have changed my sexual attractions for the worse.
