I don't think there could be much added other than audibly announcing a precise timeline for each event(pinning down times of things like the Deorio or Keemstar interviews). It's also a two-parter so seeing both might change your opinion.

In addition to the prescription opioids, he has explicitly mentioned being addicted to heroin in the past. Poly-drug addiction is more common than you might think with addicts, especially long term ones. Using downers to help with the comedown from stimulants is one common way it starts. I agree that he seems like the type who will take anything that'll make him feel good/alive/anything at all. He's such a black hole of a person, I really think he's got BPD, which is funny since it's such a stereotypically female personality disorder. The one and only thing about him that passes female.

My guess would be it's an attempt not to poke the hornets nest, or spread a site that probably has their own doxes on it as well.
