Posting just in time! It has officially been one month since surgery and I am happy to say that there are still no signs of Infection or necrosis. New problems I’ve encountered this week is that all of the stitches around the top of my penis have come off, so now it’s looking like my penis comes to a sudden flat stop rather than it curving into the urethra area. While it looks pretty gnarly, my surgeon says that I just need to keep putting xeroform on it and let it keep healing until my glandsplasty on the 29th here they’ll take a closer look into it. My length is increasing to six and a half inches as measured in the past two nights, and girth decreasing to a little under six inches. I forgot to take a picture of the full shaft, so I used the same image from last week, but it looks nearly exactly the same except for the flat penis. Feel free to ask any questions!

I always boggle over FTMs choosing their stupid rotdogs vs a comfy strap-on setup. They don't have to sacrifice their health to have a realistic dong. I realize that the harm caused by all this is multifaceted, but I do think the thing that I hate the most of the trans movement in general is this paradigm of thought that the human body is plastic and re-configurable. To a certain degree it's not even directly the fault of the troons, as much the medical industry that enables their delusion by developing these absurd techniques. I just hate the fact that these ideas are being promulgated, because it's like an octopus of stupidity affecting people's understanding of health, medicine, biology, physics, everything. And it doesn't just affect the troons themselves, but everyone else who doesn't take the time to question what is being told to them. It's like an epistemic disease that totally distorts the understanding of material reality. It wouldn't necessarily be better, but it would anger me less, I guess, if they would just cop to not actually being the sex they larp as. Go ahead and pretend to be man, whatever, just don't tell me that a tube of surplus arm flesh and yam-derived testosterone makes you phenotypically male.

Like I said, it doesn't actually fix all the problems, but it would make me less angry in a philosophical, metaphysical sense.

Day 6 recovery - PI w/graft
I will get around to writing a full review of my experience but for now I wanted to just share a bit of my story. And details of my surgery timeliness and decisions.

I started my transition with voice and clothes in 2009-2011 I went back to school for a post grad using my years of work experience and started an apprenticeship in 2016 eventually getting a permanent position with a major company by 2019.. 5 year financial plan complete. All the wile I was starting to do makeup, wearing dresses for a year which was required at the time for my situation to get approved for HRT - I got my Gender Dysphoria diagnosis by 2019 and started HRT.

2020 continued with me knit picking and trying to deciding which surgeon I wanted to go to for bottom surgery since this would be the have most impact and likely the hardest recovery; I realized that even though I could save up and go to any surgeon I wanted it would be best for travel and financial saving to go with Womens College Hospital in Toronto Ontario Canada, also i have yet to see any results anywhere on the trans surgery WIKI (Thanks Hidden for all you do for us) and regardless of a few bad reviews for that i would not be apposed to GRS Montreal since their experience and track record speaks for itself and has amazing results- after all the wait list was just one year at WCH and I could always get a sooner date with a cancelation.. and there it was. After getting a consult after a few months of sending my ministry of health approval which only took a few weeks, my surgery date was set for September but I was adamant that I have enough money saved and I did not so I canceled it.. shortly about 2 weeks ago after I spoke with my family and moved some finances around thanks to my brother who recently starting getting income and with his and my parents help I was comfortable to call back and ask to get put on the cancellation list and get try to get the soonest date possible.

Next thing you know it I was at work on Friday and got a call that they had a cancellation for Monday!!

After fasting, bowel prep, and epidural and IV I was ready for my surgery and I was wheeled off to the operating theater. I got to speak with all of the team before the surgery from pharmacists, anathesiologists, physiotherapists, nurses/nurse practitioners, and the two Doctors performing my surgery.

Gas mask and an injection on a specialized table in my super cute stocking and robe and I was off to lala land, soon to wake up with the anatomy I have always wanted.

All in all I went to the Hospital at 6:30 and with a 10:00 schedule for my procedure I was awake and all done by around 6:30.

Pain has been soso in the 6 days, mostly pressure and stinging sensations to a minimum with a fair bit of bruising and swelling. Sitting is not the most fun with a cathedar but the Physiotherapist suggested sitting on two long thin pillows to lift my crotch and but off the chairs and bed which was leaps and bounds better than a donut or neck pillow I tried I believe I am to have it removed on Monday along with the packing andI will start with my dilution instructions and picking up the soul source hard plastic curved tip ones too (even the big orange, but I will have 3 different sizes to work through.

I believe I have to dilate 3 times a day for the first bit and eventually once a week after a year bur don't quorltw me on that.

I was very worried about my results and depth but after the exam they told me I would get sufficient depth even though I am corcumcised. The result from what i can tell so far is excellent and I will share pictures if I am allowed. This account is anonymous and I have had several others over the years but I'm sure once I am fully recovered and stick to my health recovery plan for weight loss etc I will make one with pictures of me, so think of this one as somewhat of a burner account.

I can't see my clit yet because it has this special antibacterial black gel type stuff on it while it heels but when I start showing and the swelling goes down it should be more visible (I hope)

I am very happy and cried tears of joy so many times, I am proud of myself and I can only look forward.

I haven't seen that many pictures but I think this is the first time I've seen it still look like there is an actual penis in there. As if the penis never "popped out" and all you could see is the head. Oh well, no refunds I guess.
