Wow. I stand corrected. And more than a little aghast. That poor kid. Her investment in him and in being an internet authority "Mum" on all things trans is deep. An Aussie Jazz in the making. He's doomed.

ETA: I have no reservations believing that she's autistic herself. That would explain a lot in her online demeanor.

Hello, I am close to 2 months post-op from vaginoplasty.

Since the surgery, my clitoris region has been inflamed, red and painful. As I talked about these issues with the medical team of l’asclépiade (those that do the follow up after your surgery) by mail (over the course of like 3 weeks after the gauze fell), they and I agreed that it was most likely hypergranulation tissue on the region, they did ask however to wait before engaging a treatment for the region to be a bit more healed (from fibrine; or the yellowish thing). The longer I waited the worst it became. A few days ago, like just before the first of April I also had bleeding in and around the clitoris and I panicked a bit.

The 2nd of April, the region seemed more stable and there was no bleeding so when I met Brassard and explained him that he saw the situation as fine, didn’t mind the bleeding and said that it was perfect and that there was no hypergranulation.

I’m somewhat skeptical of this since the medical team at l’asclépiade never said that there was « nothing wrong » (as if it’s hypergranulation I’m not sure). On top of that, the left part of my labia minora (lining?) around the clitoris seems worse then it was before, becoming « harder » and redder then previously. Even then, he’s the only person in the medical team that saw it in person so I’m not sure. I’ll link images from some weeks ago and from today so that all of you can give me an idea of if there’s something wrong, since I never saw a labia minora like that in my whole life, it seems that the region has some issue.

I’ve always been a bit self-conscious of my vagina because I’m overweight and my labia minora are rather small, and my clitoris really likes to hide. I’ve never liked looking at it in the mirror. But today I did for the first time in a while, and after spending weeks viewing the Frankenstein abominations that are called neovaginas, I was like “you know, I have a beautiful vagina”. And even if I didn’t…it would still be a real vagina. Suck it, TIMs.” 😆
