Basically he was jailed up front, parents let him rot there for a bit while organizing the rehab, bailed him straight into the rehab facility which led to sober living and once out, they settled his case and he got time served. Depends where he went, but some Googling suggests it's common for sober living places to drug test and if he failed that, it would've reflected very poorly come sentencing time and he would not have gotten off so lightly. The person handling his pre-sentencing report would've requested this information from the facility.

Bossman has been caught red handed smoking crack on camera so it's not like he's some master at concealing his vices. I searched the thread just in case there was commentary on the heroin question from an old school rat but found nothing.

So I am to believe that Bossman was not partaking in heroin and the junkie friend sourced her own after she was busted cheating.

Im glad I became aware of this dude via the Farms, I love watching him. Never been a big gambler so I can’t imagine at the very least taking 30%-50% of these wins and setting it aside, that way he could still gamble with the remainder and never just lose it all. The rage is a cherry on top
