What was his crime, I wonder? Cuddling some dolls? Choosing pink?
Anyone who has kids, or kids in their family or friend circles knows that tiny kids just like bright colours and shiny stuff. They have no adult baggage about any of it. That princess dress is shiny and pretty and why not wear it? Why not wear it while you’re conducting a dinosaur raid on the toy dollhouse of your sister? This is entirely logical for a two year old boy. They just play with stuff. If there’s ‘girl’ toys in the house they will play with them. Children are hardwired to pick things up and play with them. I can’t think of a single tiny boy in our family who hasn’t at some point picked up some pink sparkly thing and played with it. Or a girl who hasn’t carried a toy dinosaur around and played with it. All the boys are now older and boyish, all the girls girlish.
It means absolutely nothing about adult concepts of gender or sexuality. It’s just kids playing with stuff.
By the time they hit 5 or so and get to school they start sorting themselves more into stereotypical girl and boy groups, and playing with more stereotypical toys, and are sort of aware that girls and boys exist but again there is nothing whatsoever sexual about it.

I def notice a difference but he went from a chad forehead to an turbo-autistic man. Dudes from Finland and doesn't mention surgeon besides the fact he paid out of pocket. Nevertheless the result is actually good, he appears to have symmetrical facial features but still a man. Good skin too which is rare for a tranny.
Troons are worried that the ubiquity of AI generated images will negatively impact their community by creating unrealistic FFS standards
Nonissue. They already have unrealistic FFS standards. They think they have a feminine glow after growing their hair longer and 6 months on HRT. They delude themselves thinking they fooled OBGYNs and can't notice sarcasm to save their lives.
To their point, foreign surgeons CAN AND DO manipulate before and after plastic surgery pictures on social media all too often. US based ones can't without getting into hot water so be careful.

"When does it get better?" this troon asks.

When_when_when.jpg

The answer: it won't.

"Is pelvic floor therapy something you've ever tried?" LOL Approaching the problem as if the troon was an actual female with female anatomy and issues instead of a mutilated man with a rotpocket in his taint.

No, troons, consequences will never be the same after you've had the 'chop. Deal with it.

I had a classmate in high school that was on blockers for a while because she had early puberty, those studies make me wonder how she's doing now...
Honestly? Probably fine. GNRH agonists have a purpose in medicine, and not just as "puberty blockers." They're used to block sex hormone release during treatment of hormone-sensitive cancers, to prevent spontaneous ovulation during IVF, and yes, to treat precocious puberty.

The difference here is that when used as part of a therapeutic regimen, their use is time-limited, and the risk/benefit ratio is favorable. For example, precocious puberty can happen in kids at any age, some as young as preschool. Aside from the social implications (can you imagine a 5 year old dealing with a period?), the health ramifications are significant. Early puberty means you've got less time to grow before your growth plates fuse, which means while you're outrageously tall for your age as a young kid, you end up a VERY short adult. For girls, early puberty means they can get pregnant at very young ages, with all the horrors that conjures. And for both sexes, it makes kids so clearly different and an obvious target for abuse. I clearly remember this guy in my 8th grade class who had a full beard. Like, the sort that most grown men can only envy. I used to stare at him and think, WTF went wrong there? He was indeed very short as an adult as well. Anyway, when used for a short course by an adult, or a longer one by a kid that hasn't actually achieved full puberty yet, most of the effects are reversible. Particularly the reproductive effects. In fact, Lupron is being studied as a way to preserve fertility in young women undergoing cancer treatment for whom there isn't time to attempt egg freezing: quiescent ovaries are less damaged by chemotherapy than cycling ovaries. Lupron returns the ovaries to a quiescent state similar to pre-puberty in an effort to protect them from damage.

For troons, particularly TIMs, they're on these drugs until they get castrated to suppress their testosterone. And for kids who are "questioning," they too are often shuttled onto cross-sex hormones and so need to continue these drugs to suppress their endogenous hormones. There's no end point. There's no stopping these drugs during the critical period during their teens and early 20s when they're laying down bone mass, and once that window is over, it is OVER. The description of these drugs as "puberty blockers" is disingenuous - most of the time, even the kids who start on these are already in or have completed puberty. The sudden blockade of sex hormones sends the TIFs into menopause and the TIMs into andropause, which causes its own problems. And then you're flooding them with high dose cross-sex hormones? Everything about this scenario is absolute lunacy.

TL/DR version: GNRH agonists have their place in medicine. Treating genderfeels in confused youth is NOT one of them.

I don't really need to imagine it. PL: my mom had early puberty and started getting periods at 8, never got treatment and she's shorter than me. I also had early puberty at 10, but apparently, that age was starting to get considered normal to get menarche back then, so no treatment for lil' Brain Power either. I also ended up pretty short but IDK, I don't really care that much now.

A 2 year old. A 2 year who may never have children because his fucking parents decided his behavior deemed him suitable to brainwash and drug.
It's all based on a question-begging, thought-terminating cliche: "When your child tells you who they are, believe them." But a 2-year-old is incapable of telling you who he is, fool.

Women wake up around the clock to feed their children and to literally mechanically pump sustenance from their body for their young.
Women wake up an hour early to prepare meals for their family and sleep after their family sleep.
Yet he can’t wake up an hour early to get in an extra dilation sesh for his designer ‘Gina?
The laziness and (likely) waste of taxpayer funds appalls me.

Some good news at least: he claims to be from a country where "trans stuff" isn't covered by public health insurance.

Bad news... (for him): he's already had one revision and it solved nothing. A fellow troon suggests he get a colon-gina to replace the inverted dick skin, but our boy's outta money.

Hematoma and Swelling
Friday night I noticed my penis started swelling and despite being raised the swelling was not going down. It is twice the size it used to be and twice as heavy. It hasn’t gone down since. I also had a fever all night.

I spoke with a nurse Saturday afternoon (tried to reach anyone all morning but the on call nurse took forever to contact me) and he said to just keep raising it and take Night/DayQuil. Then that afternoon a spot on my dick opened up and started drain out this putrid smelling blood/mucus and I was told this was a hematoma opehning. It’s still draining this nasty smelling stuff. I’m seeing a PA tomorrow because I was scheduled anyway.

Emotionally this has been very difficult. I’m a very skinny person and never expected to have a big phallus like this (muscle was added because my blood supply was lacking) and I was someone who thought pre-op there is no way in hell I wouldn’t love my new penis but I am genuinely struggling not to hate it at this point. With it being twice as heavy/big it feels horrible lugging it around and it doesn’t feel like a penis at all. It literally just feels like a chunk of leg sewed on to me and all the pain doesn’t feel worth it.

The only thing that keeps me from crying is remembering that at least my previous genitals are gone. I desperately wish I had done a delayed ALT with a v-ectomy during stage one. Crane told me “don’t worry about it. You’re healthy and you aren’t doing UL so you’ll have no issues.”

TLDR: Phallus swelled up to double it's size on friday; had fever; nurse didn't care; phallus eventually erupted with a putrid blood/mucus mix.

She seems to have started finally coming to terms with how fucked she is.

Calling it now. She's gonna detrans and get it removed.

Also
It is twice the size it used to be and twice as heavy
I guess we can double those calculations I did for her a few pages back. Now it's ~3.2 pounds in weight. And 24x the volume of the average dick.

I like how on Monday she made a post saying her dick had shrunk right before it blew up.

This is so interesting. I had my first period when I was 9 (and i legit thought I was dying). I’ve always been confused how i ended up being less than 5 feet when my pediatrician told me I’d probably be closer to 6.

Another day, another thing I learn on the farms

I'm thinking she's obviously still on the VERY good drugs.... Taking muscle so it builds "arteries"? Is she even listening to herself?

Quoting my previous comment on this nutjob back when she was still on opiates and thought this was the best thing ever. The schadenfreude is glorious.

There is nothing inside the rot dog that would produce mucus. I am forced to conclude the green/yellow stuff is pus. The fever and the extent of the swelling supports that hypothesis, since both of those things signal infection. some swelling is normal, but twice the original size so long after the initial surgery? no.

I've seen hematomas open up, and none of them smelled bad. They all just smelled like blood. most of them had very dark clots inside the fluid. The bad smell means something else is going on here, I have a really bad feeling about it. If they did put some kind of "muscle" in this thing it may be rotting in there, or a bad germ got inside.

if this troon goes dark it is because something went seriously wrong.

I read about the 8 or so lawsuits filed against dr crane before most of them were settled and pulled, and there was a recurrent theme of not addressing serious complications adequately. like failing to tell patients to go to the ER when their symptoms warranted it. If I knew this person IRL I would tell them to go to the ER.

"When does it get better?" this troon asks.

whoever wrote this troon's surgery referral letter should be sued into oblivion. Their only job in process is to compare a troons mental functioning to the demands of surgery and they all refuse to fucking do it.

I’m curious about what they can do for her in the ER. Flush her with antibiotics? Are they gonna work? How’s a ER nurse/doctor going to react when presented with this…thing?
They're going to poke at it to see what causes pain and what doesn't, they will culture whatever fluid is coming out, they might also culture her blood while they collect other labs to look for signs of the extent of infection. Then they get the surgeon on call, and he determines if they need to open up the surgical site or not. Many of them are eager to cut people open since it is the only thing they really can do, and you've already called them in. She would probably get a generic course of antibiotics and then all the information about the visit would be sent to the original surgeon, who is expected to follow up.

Good emergency medical professionals treat everything with a detached sense of curiosity. bad ones treat things with a detached sense of indifference. the extremely compassionate types do not tend to work in the ER.

This is body horror and this lady needs antibiotics and crystalloids and all, but can anyone think of why the clinic nurse might have told her to take DayQuil and NyQuil?

NyQuil is DXM, doxylamine and APAP, so the most reasonable thing I can think of is that this is a pooner summarizing a phone conversation she had with the surgeon's nurse. Hypothetically the nurse told her to take acetaminophen and the pooner didn't have any in the house, the nurse told her it was OK to take a dose of NyQuil for now, and this is the story we're getting.

If the clinic really went with "lol it's the weekend, chug some NyQuil about your dickfection and nap 'til Monday 'cause Dr. Crane is out" then I guess I have respect their commitment to work-life balance.

I started at 9 too. I am 5 foot 9 inches so I dunno

Oh you hate your “cock?” Just chug a bottle of nyquil. A DXM trip might make you feel better Byeeeeeeee
