To be honest I was half joking because yeah on stream is literally the only time to do that shit. He streams 50+ hours a week, with those sessions being so long there's literally not enough time in the day to goon and stream separately unless he never sleeps. I'm guessing some "bathroom breaks" have been to "finish the job" so to speak.
