This is more galaxy-brained crap by a corporation who have convinced themselves, in the face of all the available evidence, that there is some large group of consumers that they could suddenly access if they did a little pinkwashing. See also MCU phases 2 and 3, the entire Star Wars franchise, and so on.

There is no perceptible demand for this from any women of which I am aware. If this is a great crusade (see what I did thurr) I have managed to be totally unaware of it, and I stand corrected. There are already a bunch of girls in power armor if girls in power armor are what you want, and after decades they even gave us them in plastic.

DEI/ESG often look like they are aimed at customers or potential future customers, but they are really aimed at creditors or potential future creditors. The goal isn't really to earn revenue or increase market share, but to borrow money at a cheaper rate. Sometimes it's about refinancing existing debt, and sometimes it's about taking on new debt at as cheap a rate as possible. DEI/ESG, as crazy as it sounds, are pitched by the creators of these acronyms as a risk management system. The goal is to make the company have a more favorable credit score.

Unfortunately, in my opinion this cheap(er) credit is a form of malinvestment, because I think the goal of a company should be to earn revenue and make profits, not try to get by with borrowed money forever. The problem is, the determination is not being made by customers or the public marketplace who are the people providing revenue and profit, but by the people lending the money who don't really understand the businesses they are investing in. By the time the negative consequences of pissing off the customer base comes home to roost, the borrowed money will likely all have been spent with little return to show for it. Which means the company will have to make a new appeal to creditors to dig itself out of the hole it had dug, which mean yet another DEI/ESG sales pitch aimed at those same creditors. I think it will take a significant market correction for DEI/ESG snake oil to finally be looked upon as the quackery it is.

That really needs to be put onto a bigger base. Even if the weight is distributed to stand on its own, it looks way too easy to knock over with just a nudge. A bigger base would also provide more ground space to add to the presentation, given the whole point of this is to be scenic.
